We recently used Lybecker Construction, LLC to remove the old LP siding and replace it with cement Hardee board. He also replaced the trim. Richard also hand painted the siding and the trim by hand. His work was outstanding and affordable. Richard is very steady and reliable. He does most of the work himself. He absolutely insists that the job be done the right way the first time. He also quickly responds to requests for an estimate. He keeps us informed during the entire process. He cleaned up his work area each day and was an absolute pleasure to work with. His work has my highest possible recommendation.

Richard designed and built our custom 2800sq/ft home and 1500 sq/ft stick built shop. His attention to detail and craftsmanship are impeccable! His years of experience allow him to make suggestions on what details will matter as it relates to design. He will help with materials choices and informs you of the benefits or disadvantages of each option. I appreciate his candor vast knowledge.

Richard was amazing, We had a bad experience with a previous contractor, pretty much ghosted us. So we went on Angieâ s list to find one for a kitchen remodel was nerve wrecking for us, but richard made the process easy and quick. His quote was very reasonable and his work was beyond expectations. He worked in a timely manner and took very good care of our home and us. I have a 1906 barn that Richard level by jacking it up on two sides along with footing, beams extended my barn door railing, repair the door and added another sliding barn door to the lower side of the barnâ ¦.Amazing work

We are scheduled for more work on the basement which has uneven flooring that needs to be leveled, the garage and attic update to include new insulation, fixing siding, updating the front on the house with rock accents to include columns, painting the house and possibly a back deck. It seems like he can do just about everything.
