They were very honest, and did a great job. My overall experience with them was the best. Based on what he did, the price was very fair. I really liked what he did, and I am going to use him again. The quality was outstanding; he did better than what was expected. They were very responsive.

Dusty showed up right on time. I met with him briefly before I headed to work. When I got home he was almost done with the work. It took about an hour to finish up the grounding wire that runs to the water meter and he was done. I appreciated that he asked me if I wanted the old circuit breakers. He told me the breakers are a little bit valuable because replacementsI haven't been made for so long.
Today the inspector came and found no problems.

The only reason I gave a B for Responsiveness was because he didn't return my call right away. But he had come so highly recommended that while I normally would have gone elsewhere, I stuck with it it and called him back instead. I'm glad that I did! When we finally connected, he was very helpful, prompt (5 minutes early), worked efficiently and quickly. He was clean and came with a van full of tools and parts that might be needed. I did not give a grade on price because he was recommended to me by a builder. The builder will be sending me the bill, which will not be within Lighted Way's control.
