For the third time in thirty days my 1996 Ford F250 went into battery discharge, which twice before had left either my wife or I
stranded on the freeway.  After the first instance a Spokane Ford dealership charged me over a thousand dollars for
repairs and it did not fix the problem. After the second incidence a mechanic in the Seattle area charged me over $600 and the problem was not fixed.  After dropping my truck off at Beeline they called me within 90 minutes and had the problem correctly diagnosed and fixed.  It has been a month without a recurrence.  I highly recommend Beeline automotive.

We were immediately impressed with Mr. Grigg's calm demeanor and professionalism.  We asked how long he had been at his shop and he told us forty years and that really puts you at ease! His son works with him and they keep a beautiful, clean operation and are clearly proud of it.  We have driven by Beeline for years and notice how busy it is and now we know why.  We will be back!

Rod was great to work with, service happened quickly, he diagnosed the problem accurately and didn't give us too bad a time for not being able to solve it ourselves!

We don't hesitate to call Rod when we have a repair needed.  We trust him to do repairs quickly, and give us the right diagnosis (like, don't run your car on Costco gasoline or you'll develop horrendous engine knock). 

They do a great job. They are reliable and not over priced.

Excellent. Were are never going anywhere else. After dealing with the dealers, we found this jewel. He is fair, does fabulous work and backs his work. We've had estimates, then the final bill comes in lower (who does that?). We have saved so much money and stress going through him. Wish we would have found him sooner. He knows his stuff. Excellent!!!

They told me I had a cracked block and the car would not last much longer. My son-in-law who is a mechanic in another town came up to Spokane and he checked it with a pressure device and said it was fine. My car is a 1994 Camry with over 200,000 miles on it. I used some radiator sealant in it and now I just check the level monthly and add more antifreeze if I need it. The car is still running fine. Since I plan to purchase a newer car next year I was happy to be able to drive this one longer.

Towed and Dropped the pickup off and they called the next day with the estimate got the work done and picked up the truck. Work was guaranteed for a year but I sold the truck before the year was out. Had no problems with their work.

Went in thinking it was something else that I thought was going to cost me much more. They diagnosed the issue, called to let me know what they found and gave me an estimate! Work was done in a timely manner and under the estimated quote.
These folks do a great job!!!

Their pricing is good and the quality of the work is good, too. It's been a good experience overall.
