B and B sprinklers originally put the sprinkler system in. They did a wonderful job. Last year when something went wrong they did a great job fixing it. However today is the third visit in the last week. Originally they fixed one head. The next day 4 heads would not shut off and ran. Then the next day the sprinklers came on and stayed on all day even though the system was shut off. I am not convinced the new man was familiar with this system. Finally I called and got someone to come out. IT took a day and that is a lot of water to pay for in a leaky sprinkler system. They did get it fixed correctly and I have not had issues with it since.

They do a really good job. They are a small family business. The same people usually come out.

Our old system was overgrown by matured landscaping with inefficient failing sprinkler heads, underground leaks, inconsistent coverage and pressure. You know it's bad when you see green and brown circles in your yard in Google Earth. Based on our water bills and what happened when we decommissioned some stations during a construction project, we estimate we had underground leakage of several hundred gallons per day. We are on sand so you'd never know there were leaks.

Band B did a full install of a brand new system in three days on a 1/2 acre lot with lots of lawn and flower beds. Steve J the salesman is very professional and detail oriented. He really knows his systems and products, and made many excellent recommendations.

The crew was very fast,efficient,friendly and very professional. They were very careful to work with existing plantings, as we have hand stacked granite rock walls and extensive perennial beds, in addition to odd shaped lawns. They were as tidy as can be, considering they were digging up the lawn. The old valve system was completely removed and a whole new valve system was installed, designed to not have to be blown out in the winter. All new lines were laid, all new heads installed. In addition, several areas were switched over to drip irrigation. New wiring and a new controller were installed. All stations were checked and adjusted, and the new controller programmed and ready to go. The crew foreman very carefully taught me about the new controller.

We've been using them for years, they are great people.  They always do our sprinkler maintenace every fall and spring, they also originally installed the system as well.
