There were a few issues based on the subs working, which were electric and plumbing. Only the electric was a negative experience, which involved the only permit. There were delays in the inspections done on the work and the work was delayed by the sub. The sub was just not that responsive and will not be used again. There was an issue with the water valves needing to be replaced and that was done swiftly and no damage occurring. The resulting condo is just beautiful and everyone that has seen it has loved it. One person saw the rental when I bought it and her comment was that the finish work was a "miracle". It took longer than expected but everyone told me that would happen. So much work was done for the amount of money, no other contractor came close in their bids.. I love the result and would not change a thing. Working with Bary was easy and he was within communicating distance always, pleasant and not patronizing. AS a woman, I felt safe being around his team.
