service provided by Sean Helleren and his sub-contractors. They are not
only extremely competent and skilled; they are excellent people. Polite,
thoughtful, considerate, honest, responsive to your needs, flexible... I could
go on.... I interviewed several people for this project, the largest such thing
I had ever done. I was intrigued by Sean's thoughtfulness, by his vision
for the project, for the clarity with which he explained the details of the
project and by how well he prepared me
for the days when "nothing seems to be happening". The quality of
their work is first-rate, Sean is always accessible via phone if he is
not on site, he always responds to email at night, his prices are
super-competitive, he's extremely low maintenance, and worked extremely hard to
give us exactly what we wanted, even when they were additions to what he had
initially agreed to do. A case in point: I had been told by an insulation
company that they would be coming between 1-3 one day, but I couldn't be there
on account of work. Sean immediately offered to come over and sit tight
waiting for the insulation until I got home. Another example: my
wife decided to have a special water cleaning device installed, but we could
not decide on whether to have the on-the-counter or below-the-sink installation
done. Sean patiently waited for our decision and trouble-shot the
installation process until we were happy with the result. He even built a
special case for the filter, so it would blend in with the cabinets.
Troy, the tile guy, Vic, the painter and Patrick, the electrician, all
combine to form an incredibly reliable and competent team. I can't
recommend them strongly enough. I will absolutely call on Sean Helleren and The
Way Company next time I have construction/remodel/repair needs.
And if I were you, the reader, I would too.
