Appliance Repair
They came out and checked the furnace and turned out it needed a new motor. They put it in, and it's been working perfectly. I was actually at Home Depot and the salesperson said that they had a service to take care of the furnace because we were asking about new furnaces. He said that they will come out and find out what the problem is to see if we needed a new furnace. They called me, set it up, and it turned out not to be the whole furnace and just the motor. I have absolutely no complaints at all. The gentleman at Home Depot was extremely professional as well. Sometimes you go into places like that and they don't seem to have a clue what they are talking about. This guy was great. I thought he must be some kind of professional there because he couldn't find a job or something. It turned out that he just likes working there. He wasn't the one that actually did the furnace work. He just worked there and he was a super capable guy. We go there all of the time.

They were very good. As far as their appliances, they got an excellent price. They delivered the refrigerator free and they took away the old one. All their people were very nice and cooperative. It was really very good. Price is excellent. The quality is great. Responsiveness is excellent. I told my daughter that that's where she should go.

I went home and fired up the weed whacker. It's got a bad motor in it. I go and take it back. What I do is one exchange because of the sale price. It went off-sale. Their policy is they don't give you one for one, they will give you a gift card for what you paid for. They sold me a faulty one to begin with but that's not their policy. I told the manager about it and I was not happy. I told him that I will never shop there again. I didn't even use it. It won't even start. I would never use them again in the future.

THE INSTALLERS WORKED PRETTY QUICKLY ONCE WE HAD EVERYTHING PREPARED FOR THEM TO DO THEIR WORK. MINIMAL WALL DAMAGE WAS DONE. SOME MESS WAS LEFT ON THE DRIVEWAY, HOWEVER IT WAS NOT EXTEME.
