I had to call numerous time to set up the appointment. The heater was put in crooked. They broke a board so had to improvise finishing the steps. Didn't call to set up appointment to come back...just showed. The owner of the company spent most of his time in his truck while his employee worked (he was a hard worker). The owner had the employee stop the pressure washing to mud the wall area where the original baseboard had been. I'm not sure why the owner couldn't do it. The owner was personable and nice but not a hard worker.
