Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning

Two people came and they were done in about 2.5 hours. They were friendly, funny, and did a wonderful job. I would hire them again in a minute but they did such a good job and put protectant on the carpet so it might be a couple of years before I need them again!

They did a good job, on time, reasonable price and were pleasant people to work with.

Very happy with how thorough a job was done. We rented a house that the prior tenant had had cleaned by some cheapo outfit. He worked out of a minivan with what was one grade better than a rental machine, and half-a@@ed the job. Smith Bros came in and did a far superior job. They came before we moved in, so about a week after the other joker. Carpets that the rental agent said were “as is” due to stains, were cleaned to as near new as possible. It was my own dime, and it cost a lot of them. For 3 beds, big hallway, stairs, a small living room, and a 25x25 bonus room it was $500. A bit steep, but did twice as good as the other clown. And with 2 visiting grandkids on the floor, worth it.

These guys were amazing! Our sythetic fiber carpet was badly stained just from high traffic walking on it with bare feet over and over. I honestly did not think that they would be able to get the stains out of this very light colored carpet but they did. Apparently the company is owned by two best friends, so it is kind of family owned. Anyway they basically did the impossible, and made the carpet look like new again. Thank you Smith Bros!

We purchased a new home and set up an appointment. Then I found out that we could not get the keys until the next day. The owner was able to make some adjustments to his schedule & fortunately got me in the following day. He arrived promptly on the agreed upon time & did a wonderful job! I would definitely recommend this company!

I have used Smith Brothers  from time to time for 10 years.  I am a repeat customer because they give a good estimate, are prompt, professional and the cleaning turns out beautifully.  If you decide on services beyond what is estimated, be sure to ask the pricing to avoid surprises.

Did a great job and completed it when they said they would.  Got gum out of one of the carpets, which I really appreciate.

I have dogs and they marked the carpet while I've been sick for five months.  I am trying to sell my home and needed help to make it presentable. They did a good job.

Arrived on time, cleaned and applied guard to all carpeted areas.  I have two dogs and one cat with multiple stains from food and urine, along with wear in high traffic areas.  Thoughtful and professional, warned the deeper stains may/will reappear, they have but far less noticeable.  I am pleased with the service.  Far better than company I used before.

I learned of Smith Brothers from a referral.  The Technician, Steve, arrived in uniform and on time. Steve was very friendly and professional.

He measured the all the spaces to be cleaned, provided and exact quotation for both the shampoo cleaning of the desired spaces and the stain resistant treatment to the same.

I was very pleased to see that the Smith Brothers van was equipped with the latest state-of-the-art truck mount systems available.  (I've been in the cleaning industry since 1973 and have a great deal of personal knowledge of this work and the equipment.)  I could see the cleaning power of the truck mount system delivering water and steam at the boiling point temperature consistently throughout the entire job. Steve applied a stain resistance treatment to our carpets once the carpets were clean.  The carpets look new again and they dried very quickly as the powerful vacuum in this system pulled out nearly all the water delivered to the carpet in the cleaning process.

I would use Smith Brothers again without hesitation.  We are very happy with the results.

W e returned from a weekend mini vacation to find our carpets clean and fresh smelling and a note left reminding us to vacuum them for the best look.  Our tile, which is 13 years old, was sparkling and the grout looked almost new.  Our furniture, which is overstuffed micro fiber was refreshed and stain free.  ALL IN ALL A WONDERFUL JOB!

They cleaned 3 bedrooms, the hall, the living room, 8 steps, and sewed in a small patch. I've used them before; I'll use them again.
