SMIT SERVICES, LLC is a locally owned and operated company that values honesty and integrity in all aspects of our business. My name is Jason Smit, a General Contractor and I am the sole owner and member of Smit Services, LLC. I have been doing construction related tasks in residential and commercial settings since the late 1980s. I look forward to discussing and completing your projects!

Jason repaired a bathroom floor and finished it with laminate tiles for us. Prior to hiring him, I had two other contractors come out to look at the job. Jason was the only one that was professional, thorough and honest enough to crawl under the house to see what the extent of the water damage was in order to provide an accurate plan and estimate for the cost of the repair. Jason completed the repairs and we are extremely happy with the results. I will definitely hire him in the future to do any home repairs or renovations that come up, and I have already recommended him to my friends.

Jason actually provided several services to me. Most importantly he refaced the tile on my fireplace which was a very complex job. He expertly did the demo without creating a mess and then cut, fit and grouted the new tiles around the fireplace. It looks fantastic! he took a lot of care to make sure there were no seems or edges and it matched perfectly. He also pulled out my linoleum flooring and replaced it with quality vinyl planks. Again did this with excellent results. and he painted three rooms for me. All great quality. I highly recommend him for his precision, attention to detail, and work ethic.
