We felt fortunate to find a vendor for custom mattresses in this area at an acceptable price. They were pleasant to deal with, offered several alternatives and good suggestions. The mattresses were ready on time as promised and were well wrapped for transport from their shop.

My husband, daughter and myself went in to hopefully buy a new king size mattress. The salesman was busy so we were waiting for him. We we trying out the feel of some of the mattresses while we were waiting. After sitting on of few we were told to and quot;wait because you don't know what you are doingand quot; His tone was rude and very condescending. Needless to say, we left. You would of thought that we were childern playing on the beds. I will never go into this business again or will I ever recomend it to anyone who may ask about it. We may not drive a fancy new Cadillac, or look like we are rich but I'll bet that salesman doesn't have a six figure income like we do. Never judge a person by what they drive or wear. His attitude just cost him a sale.

We had a good experience at Slumber Ease. The owner was very helpful and knowledgable about the product and our needs. Very relaxing atmosphere and no pressure sales at all. We did not purchase a mattress at that time.

We went to Slumber Ease at the recommendation of friends to see what they would recommend to solve our problem with an overly hard latex mattress. I first called and explained our situation to Rex, part owner, who was extremely helpful and patient and suggested we come to the store so he could evaluate our body types in order to recommend a solution. The store was very clean and neat and Rex was a very relaxed no pressure person. After having my wife and I try out several different hardness and combinations of latex mattress's he made a recommendation as to what we should buy if we were starting over. However since we had already invested a lot of money in the present mattress he suggested that a latex topper would be the most economical way to solve the problem. He suggested we go home and evaluate our existing mattress based on his suggestions. We ended up buying a topper that solved our mattress problem. Rex provided information to us on how to select a proper hardness mattress that no other store ever had. This is a great company to deal with that makes their own mattress.
