Tim arrived on time and quickly began the job.  I had moved many items and pieces of furniture off the carpets, but was unable to move our large sectional sofa which Tim graciously moved in order to stretch the loose carpet.  The whole house ( about 3,400 sq. ft.) was completed within 3-4 hours.  After his departure, I noticed several wrinkles and bucklings in the upstairs carpeting which concerned me.  I phoned Tim's office to ask that he come back the next day to check the carpet, and he said he would; he also assured me that after the carpet was completely dry, the wrinkles would disappear, but he'd still come by to check.  Well, he was right!  The wrinkles disappeared within 24 hours, and it wasn't necessary for Tim to return.

I was contacted in a timely manner.  They were very flexible in scheduling a time that worked best for me.  The tech was thorough and professional.  He did an outstanding job.  I highly recommend TM's carpet cleaning services.

It was great. He did a good job. We have not used them before because this carpet is new. We were having it cleaned for the first time. He was very efficient and very thoughtful of our home coming and going. We were happy with the experience. We had moved everything out except the couches and dining room table because it is huge. He did it around that. It dried very quickly. He came in with something that sucked the water out. After he shampooed it, he did a dry vac. Years ago with the old carpet, it stayed wet for 24 hours or more. When I stepped on it right away, it felt pretty dry. He said that it was basically dry when he left because of the powerful vacuum. We felt like it was a good system. The pricing was good.

The service was very good. The cost was just the $179 Big Deal that I purchased.

They did the stairs, a few living areas, a large throw rug in my son's room and a really large bedroom. It turned out really well. He definitely got a lot stains out that I didn't think would. He was really efficient. It all went smoothly. He was on time, super responsive and really nice. He was accommodating and fast. He was honest about how long it would stay clean and how frequently it needed to be done. The person that does scheduling was really good too.

It was great. It went very well. They were very efficient. They have awesome equipment. The guy was really nice. I didn't spend more than the big deal cost. They were friendly. They provided exactly what they said they would plus more. I thought that we got a very good deal with our money. The carpets were pretty gross but when I got them, they were very clean. I appreciated that he offered to check.

Driver notified me of arrival time, traffic was bad so he was a little late which was fine as I was late clearing up the area for him to clean.  He was nice and quick and did a great job.

The service provider Dave is an extremely friendly guy. I got a call that he was coming a bit earlier and was in a haste to clear away the furniture, and when he arrived I was still busying, plus a rescheduled live session going on. He stepped in to help immediately and put some high chairs away to prepare for the cleaning.

Our house is 1800 sq ft and the deal says 1300 sq ft, so I asked him about coverage. He told me he would clean those areas I've requested (we've left one small bedroom and one small study not covered since they are two crammed).

There is a bad stain left by the guys who took out our old refrigerator last month and it was my particular worry. It came off very easily, it seems. The room does not smell particularly of chemicals after the cleanup and although it's unfortunately a raining day (cats and dogs actually), the carpet is not so miserably wet or cold. I use a pair of clean slippers and feel it's fine with me. 

Hopefully it will dry soon!

Teddy arrived and cleaned 2 of my kids' bedrooms, my upstairs hallway and reading nook, and my stairs. I was very impressed with the degree of cleanliness. Teddy was also very customer service oriented, polite, and timely in his work. I would use this service again and again and highly recommend their work!!

Stunned that he was able to clean the carpets so well.  The carpets had been cleaned within the year and stains we thought would never clean up were removed!  Highly recommend!

We scheduled the cleaning on May 29th for a cleaning on move in day which was the 31st. Their service was excellent, especially given the short reservation. Their price was awesome, we had about 1000 sq ft cleaned, including stairs. Some friends of ours that were helping with the move got his card on the spot because they are interested in using them in the future as well. Definitely recommend.

It was a great experience and we will definitely use this service again in the future.  Communication was fantastic, and they were very accommodating for after hours service.  They were punctual, and did a great job!  Very pleased, and highly recommend this carpet cleaning service.

They showed up n time and went right to work, and the technician finished very quickly. | |When I reviewed his work after I left I found a couple of stains that hadn't been removed (don't know if they tried and couldn't or just overlooked them).  Also, any other time that I've had upholstery cleaning performed, it has included Scotchgarding or a similar stain protectant.  TM did not do this, and I wish that it had been included.

They provided a fine service, although I was disappointed that they only cleaned the two-items and didnt add any stain protection, scotchguard etc. The price was reasonable. The technician was polite and respectful. They reported in a timely manner and completed all work promptly.

I had carpets cleaned by them. I got a Groupon deal from them. They cleaned the carpets in 3 rooms for me. They did a basic cleaning. Scheduling as I remember it went okay. I have no negatives to say about this company. They also do furniture and in the future I will have them do that as well.

They do a great job. I have been using them for about a year now. They clean my carpets and help with the pet odor. I have 2 pets. They do stairs, a hallway and 3 rooms. Just one cleaner comes out and he brings all the supplies with him. The cost is reasonable. The first time I used them they were not able to get the pet odor out, so they came back free of charge. I think the owner really cares about his business, so makes sure to do a really good job.

We were very happy with them and owner did a very good job. We had areas that were beaten down from roller chairs, so they did just a basic steam clean and for an additional charge I had them scotch guard that. He worked hard and fast. The only thing that went wrong was the time with the he said he would arrive; but he did call ahead of time to let me know that. He called when he was about 45 minutes away and apologized. We purchased a Groupon from this company and he said he would honor that price every time we use them.
