Penske Trucking

We rented the truck for a total of $1263 as per my rental agreement. It is also clearly stated on this agreement that we declined all additional insurance. Due to a misunderstanding with the credit card companies fraud protection department the original payment was rescinded. I immediately called the trucking company to make another payment to them, but my credit card company actually re-sent the payment as well, resulting in the truck rental company getting TWO identical payments from me for $1263. Instead of simply crediting one of the charges back to my account they are now saying that this extra $1263 is for additional insurance, which I did not purchase, and which is clearly stated on my rental agreement that I did not purchase. Even if I had purchase this insurance I feel there is no way that it would cost the exact same amount as the entire truck rental. I feel that this is fraud on there part and am taking action with my credit card company.
