Gave me honest answers but needed to replace not repair

Joe arrived in the 2 hr window he promised; something Sears can't do. He was very professional, but also friendly. He had the broken part swapped in 10 minutes. While he was here, I asked him to look at our dryer, which was having drying issues. He diagnosed the dryer was fine, but the vent was clogged with plastic, from under the deck, that something had pulled into the vent. 10 more minutes, and both were working well again! Joe also charged a very fair price. I would definately recommend Joe, and would hire him again!

Work needed several visits due to not having the hoses. First appointment was almost missed due to mis-communication between provider and customer.

Went well, about 20-30 minutes overall. Not surprisingly, the majority of the cost was for the service call and labor.

He arrived on Monday and confirmed the issue. Was very courteous to my family. He came back two days later with the parts and replaced within an hour. Made some recommendations on avoiding in the future. Could not find any other repair shop that was responsive, friendly, honest and could service LG appliances. Joe was awesome and I would highly recommend him. Definite peace of mind.

I needed to have dryer repaired (not heating) and found that the process was quite cumbersome with the warranty company and my normal service place was difficult to work with and at least 8 days out. I decided to call a couple of other places knowing it may not be covered under warranty.  Pacific Home was one of them, and Joe was able to come out same day. It ended up being the heating element which he replaced.  Joe also worked with my extended warranty company over the phone to get this reimbursed (he was not a network service location).  He was able to help facilitate this being covered under the warranty and accepted payment from the company.  Joe was professional and he fixed the problem!

I was surprised to find Pacific Home Appliance hadn't yet been reviewed here!  I am happy to add them to Angie's List!
When my washing machine decided to stop draining, I stopped in to Pacific Home Appliance to see what they had available in refurbished sets (after deciding I did NOT want to replace my good old-fashioned washer with a new, "HE" machine!).  I also wanted to talk to them about possibly repairing my washing machine.  I am very happy to have discovered Pacific Home Appliance!
To keep it short and sweet....local, family run business (I really like keeping things local), very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly in the store, Joe (the owner) showed up promptly within the 2 hour timeframe they gave me when I scheduled the appointment (and he called to let me know he was on his way and confirm the time still worked for me).  He was very professional and was careful when disassembling and moving the machine not to bang walls, scratch floors, etc.  And my washer is now back to fully functional.
I also asked him about a problem I was having with my dishwasher.  He took a quick look, told me what was likely causing the problem, and it is something I can easily take care of myself.
Very reputable, trustworthy business that I will definitely use again if/when needed, and highly recommend to others.
