Northwest Poly Services specializes in lifting concrete. We’re here to help our fellow residential, commercial, and municipal neighbors repair their sunken concrete slabs, walkways, and stairs. Our Pacific Northwest climate makes large demands on our soil, often causing our sidewalks, garage floors, and concrete slabs to settle and become uneven. This can lead to trip hazards, or worse, more major problems like drainage and soil erosion. Let us help! By drilling a small hole through your sinking concrete and injecting our poly foam solution, we can lift those problem areas level again. We serve Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom, Island, and San Juan Counties. Give us a call or send us an email for a Free Estimate. Our service comes with a 25 Year Transferable Warranty and proceeds from every job go right back to the communities we live and work in.

"Thank you for your review. We appreciate the feedback and do our best to improve our customer service and quality of work with each customer review. It is always our goal to bring settled concrete back to its original position, but due to circumstances that are out of our control, sometimes it is not possible to achieve this 100%. As a result our goal is to then stabilize the area from sinking any further using the product that we injected underneath your porch. Since we were not able to fully adjust your porch, we did seal the crack in front of the porch, filled in a void in the rear of your home, both at no additional cost, as well as discounted the original estimated cost."
