I have used him several times. My experience was great in buying and selling homes. Matt puts personal touches when I was selling my home, I was pregnant and he helped me move some wood. We were not going to buy a house in 2012 and he found an incredible short sale. He helped us make repairs while the home was vacant. He did excellent follow-up. He is not going to make any money on us and he still stays in touch. He is courteous, professional and prompt. He is really great.
