I had a house built by a builder, which hired Lords to do the electrical part. During the whole process Chris was very busy, and making the corrections pointed out by the inspector took forever. Towards the end I lost more than 3 weeks just because Chris and the builder could not agree on a correction to be made (about $200-$300). I almost missed the already too late deadlines (my construction loan was near its expiration date). One 3-way switch has not been properly wired and was short-circuiting, which I discovered after the house was finished. Since it's a very big house, Chris recommended I pay him extra for adding 3 extra bathroom circuits. I said OK, and paid him as soon as I got the invoice. Only 2 of the 3 circuits have been installed. It is now more than 6 months since I am being told that I will be refunded, with no actual refund. I called Chris repeatedly, and he initially claimed that I did not pay my builder, which is a big lie (if that was the case I would have a lien on the house from day 1). Then he just blocked my phone number completely so I cannot call him. I was able to call him from my wife's phone and Chris said he'll send me the refund. Then he just blocked my wife's number too. Long story short - he seems to be all about the money. Don't hire this guy. He'll start the work then just delay it by doing some other projects. You'll get lots of promises until you pay him, then good luck getting the stuff done in time.

Chris Lords was responsive to my request for a bid. He made sure he understood exactly what I wanted. His bid was based off of a rough drawing I gave him. Chris is the owner of the company and he is the one who comes to the job site and does all the work.
He arrived when he said he would and started wiring. He is easy to talk to and is willing to answer all of my questions. He even suggested some upgrades I hadn't thought about like running a circuit for an electric heater and adding exterior outlets. No problems with electrical inspections, in fact, the inspector commented on the high quality of workmanship used in wiring the building.
Included in bid were wire, electrical boxes, fuse panel and fuses, outlets, switches, face plates, secondary wire and conduit for hooking up electrical service (200 amp) and labor.
In summary he wired and installed the following - (I supplied all the light fixtures and bulbs so that is not part of the bid.)
15 - interior outlets (20 amp)
3 - exterior outlets (20 amp)
11 - 8' T5 fluorescent strip lights
2 - exterior motion lights
3 - exterior lights
3 - 220 circuits (heater, table saw, dust collector)
all related switches and GFCI required outlets.
prewired for garage door opener.
I would most certainly call on Lords Electric to do any electrical work in the future.
