"Richard for you to be making a comment like this for a job you did not make a payment on is crazy, why dont you say you cancel a down payment check?.. and I got the permits to do the job right and you decided to not got through with us after I got the permit. We made a mistake and we did commit to repair it with nothing out of your pocket?.. This is whats wrong with our community now? I hired LaVie to fix a section of walkway that was damaged and not draining properly. It required tearing out an old chunk slab and pouring a new one. It wasn’t a large job but one I needed to get done. Rey came out to give an estimate the next day. The estimate was fair for the scope of work. He was able to schedule his guys to come out about a week later. They came when they said they would and worked until the job was done, which took a day longer than expected because of weather and the thickness of the old concrete. I am satisfied with the end result.

Rey & his crew were outstanding! After 5 different outfits turned us down, or backed out of our laundry removing project, we were relieved & delighted for Rey to step in. The project included hauling away both stacked appliances from a 2nd floor laundry room, removing the washer pan, rebuilding the floor, and laying out new vinyl. Rey promptly provided a quote of very good value, stood by his estimate, started the project within 1 week, and completed it in one day, all with a very friendly customer service. I would seek their service again, anytime on anyhthing. Thanks Rey!

Rey and family poured A concrete slab for my workshop/shed and an 18x18 foot 3 color stamped concrete patio, which looks amazing! After that, I hired then again to spray foam my workshop (the pics they posted are from my job). I have e since recommended them several times to friends and colleagues who have seen my patio and well use them again.

This all started with a plumbing leak and a need for sone insulation to be replaced under the house. Talking with a Ray, when he heard everything was 40 years old, he said heâ d take some pictures to show me but I should think about an upgrade. The pictures were really helpful. It was easy to see where the problems were. The guys who came were polite and focused on work. They cleaned up the entire mess from the removal and had the entire job done in one day. I was very pleased. Now I canâ t wait until winter to see the difference the new insulation makes

I would have rated the work quality 4+ stars; however because my project also included reinforced concrete piers with construction details provided, for a future porch cover, I had to supervise the concrete piers excavation and reinforcement placement. Construction details were not a priority! Luckily I have construction experience with my structural engineering back ground.

Rey and his team did a great job with our home! They came out quickly to give a quote, had fair pricing, and were able to get the job done within the next week. Rey and his team also spotted an additional problem during the work on our attic, and they were able to address it at a very reasonable price. Rey even kindly came back the week after work was completed to sign a form we needed. I would highly recommend LaVie Construction.
