Sometimes the dish goes out, and we do not know what to do with it. I called them, and they helped me fix it. It was frustrating because I do not speak the "lingo" very well. He was able to assist me in fixing the issue though. The person I talked to was very good. When I call the service is good, I just have issues with the service overall. The Service we pay for seems less good than Direct TV.

I use Dish Network. They also get close to an F. It didn't cost anything to come out. They are just so expensive it's ridiculous. They don't seem to know anything about their products.
