 + -1 moreOther than collecting rent, Delta didn't seem to perform many activities where they were managing the property.
Description of Work: Our family rented a property from Delta. They were very unresponsive to any concerns that arose. Washer stopped working--3 unreturned phone calls and a week passes before we finally even get an answer. I felt they were unproffessional.
