Alex Tarin did a great job. He helped out Mom with her house and we were able to figure out what was best. We got a great product and he also helped to make sure we got the right paperwork for federal incentives too

Kevin meets customers to set up jobs for DaBella in the south Snohomish County area. He came to my home to give me a quote for DaBella to replace my ancient tub with a shower enclosure. He arrived late due to a time over run on his previous appointment. So he and gave me a $200 credit towards the job to compensate me for his being late. That’s the first time in the 50 or so years I have hired contractors that anyone has compensated me for that inconvenience! I have physical disabilities that make me quite slow in getting around and reaching up. Kevin was very helpful in anticipating what I needed to reach and getting it for me!! He was also exceptionally patient with all of my questions. I am a senior and have done business with many contractors over the decades. My experience with Kevin’s customer service was above and beyond ANY other service provider I have EVER worked with. What a pleasure! I hope DaBella’s installation work crew has even 60% of Kevin’s work ethic.

My father and I were very impressed with the representatives, Oscar and Dods , of DaBella roofing. They Understand what our needs are and adapted them. They learned what we are looking for and helped us to reason out the importance of each step. Both of these gentlemen listened intently to concerns and knew every product they used inside and out. They even brought samples of the products used in the construction of the roof so that we could see firsthand the superior quality of the materials. The sales team, Oscar and Dods were very knowledgeable and preformed a thorough evaluation of my roofing needs. I had 3 other evaluations and was impressed with there forethought to price out all the flashing ans plywood on the front end, rather than surprise charges at the end. The service was fast and I had a team at my house within 2 weeks of my initial consultation. The roofing team was friendly and efficient. Very happy with my service.

Kevin arrived at the expected time. When he saw me wearing a covid mask (I am immune compromised) he immediately went to his car and put his on. I really appreciate the consideration! He did a thorough inspection and found no major problems. In the inspection of the attic he found evidence of leakage only from the flashing around the chiminy. I was very happy with his demeanor and professionalism. He did mention other services that his company provides and we may be interested in a walk-in shower sometime in the near future. I kept his card and will definitely call him when we are ready for an estimate.

Not only did the windows my parents ordered take 4 months to get in, were not installed the week it was originally scheduled and then a week later when it was rescheduled the installers showed up 3 and a 1/2 hours late. The install was absolutely atrocious! Wrong windows were ordered by the company, and verified that it was their mistake once my father was able to show them that they were missing the grid lines as ordered as well as it being delivered as double paint windows instead of the ordered and more expensive triple paint. The general manager of the Marysville location called and called and had the audacity to convince my elderly father to go ahead and allow the install and they would work to get the order corrected and install the triple pain and grid lines at a later date. Had I been in attendance I would not have moved forward however it was too late. It got even worse if you can imagine. The quality of the install looks like I hired somebody unlicensed, not bonded, and not insured but that is just not the case. The general manager then was able to come out a second time to check the quality of work and also agreed that it was not up to par. So now we have wrong windows installed terrible workmanship and still an incomplete job. But don't worry they expect payment even before the services have been fully rendered and certainly are not up to the quality standards in which they were paid for. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company and one that will work with you when something is not right to get it corrected before. I've already complained to the Better Business Bureau and plan on continuing my stride to ensure this business business has less victims Like my parents have been. And also please be aware the issues still have not been fixed nor have the corrected windows been installed or anything that they have promised at this time

Koren is the only one that inspected the whole entire attic. She is confident, very knowledgeable and knows her products. We are very excited for our new roof and gutters.

Kevin S. came to our home to do a free roof inspection and give us a quote. He was on time, very thorough and very knowledgeable. I felt that he gave me an honest opinion of what work was needed and did not exaggerate the condition of the roof. He was at our house for five hours, and my impression was he honestly believes in the quality of the product and enjoys his job. Sadly we did not proceed with the roof at this time as we want to do a little more research (the quote was $42k) for ourselves and get some other quotes-we may be back?

INstall took longer that expected. But oh well The problem was a faulty install. Tried to get a fix. FINALLY got installer out after 60+ days--of not being able to successfully use the bathtub. Once installer was finally dispatched, he couldn't fix it. Still waiting for satisfactory repair. We had to initiated almost every single communication. It can be days or even weeks before receiving a response. Contacted corporate. They still have not contacted me. Communication with customers from all levels is abhorrent. They really don't much care, once they get your money, unfortunately. We are now at 12 weeks without resolution

We worked with Alex at DaBella on purchasing a new roof and windows for our home. He was punctual, professional and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We would recommend Alex to anyone interested in making improvements to their home.

My husband and I met with Chris and Kobe from DaBella for a free estimate on our roof. They were both super informative, professional and they took their time in explaining their company and their products. They never made us feel pressured and we learned a lot about the repairs that we need to have done from the pictures they took of our roof and attic. What impressed us the most was their knowledge and you could tell that they enjoy what they do and it made us feel like this is a trustworthy company. The only reason we are not doing our roof right now is because we have other major home projects going on, but when it comes time to direct our attention to the roof, we will be calling on them again.

Bid wasn't clean ( single price rather then itemized). The price was quite a bit higher then the other 4 bids I got ( >25%), but this appears that it was due to an error by the estimator. The sales folks that came out were pleasant - though with a very high push to sign a contract then. This review is for the estimation process only - I did not have work done on the house.

I have made a down payment. And scheduled for them to start as soon as possible. But Nicholas Harvey did everything in his power to try and get me the best deal he could. I highly recommend DaBella for your new roof. Chris and Haleigh came to my house to provide an estimate for FREE. They were very professional and polite. They were extremely knowledgeable on their product, brought samples and were very precise in explaining all aspects of the roof, financing and all my options. They ran multiple finance scenarios until i found one that fit my budget. They spoke in simple term that made it easy for me to understand. Love their service and would highly recommend them to any one.

IT WENT VERY WELL,MELISSA WAS VERY INFORMATIVE, PATIENT,WITH MY NEEDS,SHOWED ME SEVERAL PRODUCTS,PAYMENT OPTIONS

During the initial discussion, Dabella promised the shower pan will be solid and will not move or flex. But when stepping on the new pan it flexes and moves up and down accompanied by squeaking sound. I had two experienced plumbers evaluate the pan. They noted that most pans will have minor movement or flexing but DaBella's pan is excessive. The plumbers suspect the pan is missing internal ribs. In response to my complaint, Dabella Manager advised the pan is under warranty and meets all specs. My dissatisfaction is such that I'm having the DaBella product removed and replaced with Kohler product. I will not be using DaBella product ever.

I really just want to give a shout out to Haleigh and Kaira. They came to our home to give us a bid. I do have to say we were kinda blown away when two young women showed up lol. But they rocked it out of the park. Very, very informative. They not only know their products, they know roofs. Every single question we had for them, they were able to answer brilliantly. If the roofers are as good or better then these two then holy cow what a day.
