Alex Tarin did a great job. He helped out Mom with her house and we were able to figure out what was best. We got a great product and he also helped to make sure we got the right paperwork for federal incentives too

The sales team, Oscar and Dods were very knowledgeable and preformed a thorough evaluation of my roofing needs. I had 3 other evaluations and was impressed with there forethought to price out all the flashing ans plywood on the front end, rather than surprise charges at the end. The service was fast and I had a team at my house within 2 weeks of my initial consultation. The roofing team was friendly and efficient. Very happy with my service.

Not only did the windows my parents ordered take 4 months to get in, were not installed the week it was originally scheduled and then a week later when it was rescheduled the installers showed up 3 and a 1/2 hours late. The install was absolutely atrocious! Wrong windows were ordered by the company, and verified that it was their mistake once my father was able to show them that they were missing the grid lines as ordered as well as it being delivered as double paint windows instead of the ordered and more expensive triple paint. The general manager of the Marysville location called and called and had the audacity to convince my elderly father to go ahead and allow the install and they would work to get the order corrected and install the triple pain and grid lines at a later date. Had I been in attendance I would not have moved forward however it was too late. It got even worse if you can imagine. The quality of the install looks like I hired somebody unlicensed, not bonded, and not insured but that is just not the case. The general manager then was able to come out a second time to check the quality of work and also agreed that it was not up to par. So now we have wrong windows installed terrible workmanship and still an incomplete job. But don't worry they expect payment even before the services have been fully rendered and certainly are not up to the quality standards in which they were paid for. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company and one that will work with you when something is not right to get it corrected before. I've already complained to the Better Business Bureau and plan on continuing my stride to ensure this business business has less victims Like my parents have been. And also please be aware the issues still have not been fixed nor have the corrected windows been installed or anything that they have promised at this time

Kevin S. came to our home to do a free roof inspection and give us a quote. He was on time, very thorough and very knowledgeable. I felt that he gave me an honest opinion of what work was needed and did not exaggerate the condition of the roof. He was at our house for five hours, and my impression was he honestly believes in the quality of the product and enjoys his job. Sadly we did not proceed with the roof at this time as we want to do a little more research (the quote was $42k) for ourselves and get some other quotes-we may be back?

INstall took longer that expected. But oh well The problem was a faulty install. Tried to get a fix. FINALLY got installer out after 60+ days--of not being able to successfully use the bathtub. Once installer was finally dispatched, he couldn't fix it. Still waiting for satisfactory repair. We had to initiated almost every single communication. It can be days or even weeks before receiving a response. Contacted corporate. They still have not contacted me. Communication with customers from all levels is abhorrent. They really don't much care, once they get your money, unfortunately. We are now at 12 weeks without resolution

I have made a down payment. And scheduled for them to start as soon as possible. But Nicholas Harvey did everything in his power to try and get me the best deal he could. He was very knowledgeable about his product and friendly. I would recommend him and his company to any of my friends. DaBella is the BEST roofing company to go with.

I highly recommend DaBella for your new roof. Chris and Haleigh came to my house to provide an estimate for FREE. They were very professional and polite. They were extremely knowledgeable on their product, brought samples and were very precise in explaining all aspects of the roof, financing and all my options. They ran multiple finance scenarios until i found one that fit my budget. They spoke in simple term that made it easy for me to understand. Love their service and would highly recommend them to any one.

During the initial discussion, Dabella promised the shower pan will be solid and will not move or flex. But when stepping on the new pan it flexes and moves up and down accompanied by squeaking sound. I had two experienced plumbers evaluate the pan. They noted that most pans will have minor movement or flexing but DaBella's pan is excessive. The plumbers suspect the pan is missing internal ribs. In response to my complaint, Dabella Manager advised the pan is under warranty and meets all specs. My dissatisfaction is such that I'm having the DaBella product removed and replaced with Kohler product. I will not be using DaBella product ever.

I had a great experience with the sales representative Alex and I would recommend him and this company to everyone. Extremely professional and will walk you through the entire process. We needed a new roof and windows and it was nice that we could everything we needed done. Home improvement can be stressful and working with Dabella was easy and stress free. Alex helped with every step and was very helpful and educated, and he was able to answer all our questions. He was able to get us exactly what we needed to stayed within our budget.

Benjamin helped us replace our aluminum double pane windows with their industry leading vinyl windows. The work they do is excellent with really amazing warranties. I highly recommend using their services.

Jaden and Matthew were very professional and responsive in their presentation, although the presentation about the company did get rather long winded. It's obvious that DaBella takes value-added quality and service seriously, from the front office coordination, to the work crew and their workmanship, to the quality assurance at the end. Other than our nice stainless steel wood stove chimney pipe being accidentally painted to match the color of the roof vents, would highly recommend, the level of quality and service was really on top of it. Not to mention the roof is just solid, most of all.
