My computer was repaired quickly and John took time to provide several software and hardware recommendations. I've already followed many of John's suggestions at home and now my computer is performing faster and more efficiently. He has a lot of experience and expertise and offers it freely. I give his service an A+, highly recommend him and will return to discuss his hardware recommendations.

I'm a senior citizen who isn't too tech savvy. They were pleasant to work with, explained things in Lehman's terms, and were very patient and understanding.  They spent about three hours resolving the issue.  They also had reasonable pricing.

Great! John and Chris Fieck are extremely talented to configure computers and peripherals to meet my business needs. They keep their Microsoft certifications current and are beta test sites for Microsoft as well. They save time in answering questions by being able to remote in to my computer. They stay current on viruses and leverage many sources and much experience to solve problems. I highly recommend their services.

John educated me and got everything up and running again and also help me get a back up plan for my data so if this ever happens again I will have a copy of all my documents pictures and the rest of my data and also did what he called a full image of the operating system so I can restore from that if need be. Great service!
