We specialize in Residential Garage doors and all related accessories, like High cycle Torsion springs that can last 20 years or more. High cycle premium rollers are also rated for 20 plus years. We also carry and professionally install the full line of Residential Garage Door openers of Lift Master Brand Operators made by Chamberlain. As far as I know, we are still the only local garage door company that takes the time to cover our nails and calk in the new door seal for the sides and top of the door wrap. We love to help right over the phone when possible, the most common problem we get calls for are, "My door will only close if I hold the inside wall switch, until it's closed and my remotes won't close the door.". This problem is often solved by re aligning the photo eye's on each side of the door, often mounted to the track 6" from the floor. 360-435-8710

First, he showed up to our house unannounced to actually do the work. Our house is a rental house and we asked him to call and schedule a time with our tenants.
Second, our tenants were unhappy that he moved some of their personal belongings inside the garage and he used their radio without being given permission.
Third, he did not send us an invoice after the work was actually done and was difficult to get into contact with. I ended up having to tell him that we are not going to pay him until he actually sends us an invoice. I can't remember if he ever sent us an invoice, but I suppose he did.
