New bathtub was installed incorrectly not following manufacturer's installation instructions. Then when fitting in the new tub, the vinyl floor was damaged requiring a new vinyl floor; in removing a wall brace to install the new tub, the saw cut through the wall into the living room leaving a 9" gash. In talking with the owner, he took little responsibility for his worker's damage and down played the event. The owner was unsympathetic and rude to us as customers and blamed us and others as not knowing what we were doing.
