James was communicative over both email and phone, and showed up as planned.  He took a bit longer to meet up, but that's because I am on the eastside (he is from Marysville), and also because he just got a new truck so he didn't have all the equipment.  Once he got going, he took care and a reasonable amount of time, very willing and open to explain as he went along.  I'd recommend him no problem.
