General Remodeling
Regarding the retexturizing, he only did spot treatments which were not effective. He also installed the trim without texturizing and sanding the wall behind the trim. Now the trim doesn't lie flat against the wall. We had refinished our hardwood floors, and he didn't cover them, so they looked horrible. He did however pay to have the floors refinished, but we then had to remove the baseboards and re-install them ourselves. And overall the finished quality of the baseboards and trim is substandard. He also kept cutting corners and relied on us to fix the problems this caused.
