Allphase was fabulous! I had an old, odd-sized garage door (6-1/2’ tall) that had literally disintegrated, & needed to be replaced. The other companies I called wouldn’t or couldn’t deal with an odd-sized garage door. Kevin came out with his helper (I believe it was his son), and replaced the old, outdated, & badly damaged wood-fiber composite door with a nice new white steel door, & installed a new weather seal. It’s beautiful, and three years later is still working perfectly. They were professional, had good communication, showed up on time (even on short notice), did the job quickly, cleaned up the mess & hauled away the old door, and was reasonably priced! I’m writing this review 2 years later (Sorry, I thought I’d already done so), so I’m not 100% sure on the price, but I know it was less than I’d anticipated. I believe it was somewhere around $600-800 for everything. I highly recommend Allphase for your garage door jobs!

I have an old side spring arm garage door and no one wanted to fix it. The parts are no longer available. One side anchor pulled out of the wood it was mounted on. Kevin came out to look at it and came the next day to fix it. They were great!

He came quickly, he solved the problem and then did a check on the door's overall working order.

Great!! Though the team arrived later than originally scheduled, they let me know of the delay and were on time then at the postponed appointment time. Work was done quickly and the clean-up was great. All of the wiring and connections were done neatly and professionally - a big improvement on what I think had been a DIY project of the house's previous owner with messy wiring and poorly mounted sensors, etc. Very happy with the work!!!!

Service provided was excellent! He arrived on time, knew exactly what we needed done and had the parts in the truck. We were given a detailed invoice and went over all work performed.

Kevin, was excellent in his performance.  He showed me and my wife that he and his assistant took and did take a lot of pride and professionalism in the work they performed.  I will would use this professional if and when I need further assistance with our garage door.

Kevin & team member arrived a little early which was great! Inspected and evaluated the challenge.

Immediate diagnosis! Could have sold me a new garage door opener but showed me what the problem's where,

resolution & price. Corrected the problem within an hour. Now door & opener operate better than when newly installed!

Everything was great. They came right away and installed a lock on the door. He tried to fix the system, the motor was friend. So he came the next day to replace it. The new system works much better than the previous one.

My garage door needed to be replaced for some time but I kept putting it off. It was a 50+ year old wooden door and I believed replacing it with an insulated door would be cost effective.
I found Allphase Garage Door Repair and Service in my local telephone directory back in 2010 when the door would only open half way and was stuck in that position. Kevin responded promptly to that first call on a Saturday evening and took care of my door problems on an annual basis. When I decided I really needed to replace the door, of course I called on this reliable, efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable service provider. Learning after the fact that he was already an Angie's List provider only adds to my accolades for Kevin and the good work he does. I can't toot his horn loud enough! I told Kevin I will miss him now that my garage door and quot;emergenciesand quot; are all resolved.

Kevin and his partner showed up exactly when they said they would and made quick work of a job that was well beyond my capabilities to deal with. They were professional and knowledgeable and provided great tips and information I was not aware of about my door and opener. I value customer service above all else and strive to support our local businesses. These guys deserve respect and I would not hesitate to use them again for anything garage door related (or anything else that they may know how to fix for that matter!). Cost is typically not my first concern for these types of problems, but Kevin pretty much nailed the diagnosis over the phone and was spot on with his estimate which was market fair and very competitive.

Kevin was on-time for our quote discussion, he was very thorough in his analysis and knowledgeable about how to solve some of the issues my door has had over the years. He provided four quotes for me to choose from - all with different options and features and then ordered the equipment for installation at a later date.

On the day of installation, he called ahead and made sure someone was there and then came in to install the new system with another worker. They were courteous, very professional, and the quality of the installation was excellent. He provided some additional functionality for me than we originally specified at no cost, which was greatly appreciated.

What I found most impressive about Kevin was he was both very professional, but also very capable - a craftsman which is hard to find these days. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to All Phase should I need additional service or for a repair.
