AADVANTAGE PEST CONTROL

Pretty disappointed in how my relationship with Aadvantage Pest Control developed. We had quarterly service set up for ground and eave treatments but at the price point (which was fair) we felt we only needed a ground spray. Called Aadvantage, had a discussion about price point, and we changed to a ground spray (which was also reasonable). A few days after we found a large spider on the outside of the house approximately 2 1/2 feet above the ground and called Aadvantage to ask about the recent treatment and they came back and resprayed at no charge. Many months go by and we never hear from them again. After talking with the owner today, he informed me that he just stopped showing up and dropped me as a customer. His reason was that we were not a profitable customer and were asking him to do more work than was included in a ground spray. I take issue with this for 2 reasons: 1) we inquired about a spider 2 1/2 feet above ground level, that should be included in a ground spray as it is included with other companies; 2) this was a one time occurrence and we were always happy with the company. This was not a repeat occurrence as he inferred. Overall, I am shocked at how the owner managed our relationship and made an emotional decision due to a miscommunication about his services. I even asked him to come back and he said "I'm not interested in losing money". I've never been told this by any company or contractor I've hired as I always try to be fair and up front.

We have used them twice, and we plan to have them out once a year. They are punctual, dependable, and right on with their pricing. They do a great job of getting rid of things I do not like!

Dave was great. I called after hours and he responded by the next morning. He responded and took care of the problem within an hour. True, I happened to be by another call, but he was great, service and response were superior. I would definitely call Aadvantage Pest Control again and recommend him to my neighbors.

Steve was on time for the appointment. Thoroughly inspected the garage, attic, and crawl space for rodents. Laid bait in all of the areas that showed activity. Returned the following week and verified the rodents were gone. Repaired 4 screens where the rodents had gained access.  They were very competent, knowledgeable and professional. They did not try to sell "maintenance packages" as many others do. Did the job well for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this company for pest control.

FANTASTIC!!  Aadvantage were able to come out to our property the same
day we spoke on the phone.  We had uncovered a 3X3 ft ant pile and a
large underground yellow jackets nest after clearing part of our
property.  We also had them spray the outside of the house to manage the
over abundant amount of spiders.  The technician was early,
professional, and knowledgeable on all the insect questions we had.  The
service was performed and we are now pest free.  Will definetly be
calling in the spring to set up regular service.  Thank you Aadvantage
and Stephen!

The service worked out real well and the ants have not come back.  I had called other pest control companies and they wanted me to sign a contract for $500 a year to get rid of the ants, and I needed better than that.  I will see how it goes and I don’t think the ants will come back.  None of them offered even one treatment but this guy did.

We have been using AAdvantage Pest Control for 6 years now. Our realtor found them for us when we needed some inspection issues taken care of. The office staff is extremely polite/helpful, and Dave is awesome. The prices are very reasonable, and they are usually able to come within a few days (faster if it's an urgent issue). When we heard a strange noise in our shower wall Dave came out quickly and found a yellow jacket nest in the wall void (very close to getting inside the house). He took care of it right there, and even came back out a few days later at 6pm when I thought I heard the same noises again (it was just my traumatized imagination). Ever since the shower incident we have them do an annual perimeter spray in the spring to prevent nests on the house. Everyone at AAdvantage is so nice, and Dave is my hero. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent communication, showed up on time, completed inspection and service quickly and professionally. Personable and friendly attitude. Took the time to answer all my questions. I am happy with the service and would definitely hire this company again if needed. Highly recommended.

Dave does a great job. At least twice there have been issues which we thought might be a problem, but he assured us they weren't and saved us money. You don't see that very often. We have complete trust in him and know that he does a great job.

Dave came out and introduced himself, and we showed him the nest. He asked to come into the house to look in the corner of our living room, because wasps can chew into the plaster board and come into the house if the nest is large enough. He made sure there was no evidence that there was damage to the ceiling. He then suited up and advised us not to open our front door until it was safe. He applied a product that would kill the wasps, and said he would be back in about a week to make sure there weren't any survivors.

ONCE WE NOTICED DEAD YELLOW JACKETS IN OUR UPSTAIRS BATHROOM, MY HUSBAND LOCATED A NEST IN OUR ATTIC. I WAS REFERRED TO THIS COMPANY BY A CLOSE FRIEND. AS SOON AS I CALLED, THEY WERE ABLE TO SEND SOMEONE OUT WITHIN 3 DAYS. SERVICE EXCELLENT. WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR YEARLY TREATMENT.
