Prices were extremely fair, competitive, team super professional and flexible. Their cleanup was great. I can't speak highly enough of them. They also did a hazard tree risk assessment as well. the owner stopped by multiple times to make sure things were done correctly and to check progress. It was a very large project.

Two of my neighbor's trees were hanging over my fence and dropping ripe fruit onto the roof of my arbor.  Travis removed the offending branches so this would not happen, and also so my shrubs would get some sun.  He also gave me some pointers about how to prune my Japanese maple so that it would look better and stay healthy.  He checked my cedar tree, and recommended it be pruned next summer so it would not drop so many branches and pine needles onto my garden. I really appreciated his taking the time to educate me on things I could do to keep my trees in good shape.
Travis removed a tree for my neighbor.  She was also very pleased with his work.

Went very smoothly.

Phenomenal skill in shaping trees and shrubs. The owner has a sculptor's aesthetic sense for the removal and trimming of branches and limbs. No 'hack jobs' here. They aren't cheap, but they are very good.

It took a few days to get a return phone call, but it went smoothly from there. When they arrived, I asked them to add a few more items which was done for a reasonable price. The team was very fast and did a great job.

After trying unsuccessfully to get several other companies to come out and give me bids, I called Trelstad. Bruce was professional and friendly and wrote me a bid right there and then. A large crew came out to do the work and finished it in a day. They did a terrific job with all the cutting and their cleanup was amazing.

We have gone through several services, and we found him. We liked the way he worked and we have been satisfied with his prices. He does good work. He is on time and very pleasant to be associated with. We are happy with him. We found that there is no reason to look elsewhere. He is a finely trained arborist, so we rely on him. They know what needs to be done with the trees. They are thorough and clean up after themselves. They make the trees healthy and safe.

Ivan came and surveyed the yard. We covered what needed to be done and I was put on the list. They guesstimated 2 weeks but were here within the week. Other than the stumps being gone I would not have known they were here, very good clean up.

They are extremely fast and professional. They bring a large crew and a chipper and have the entire 1 acre wooded lot pruned in less than 6 hours. They clean up the trimmings and haul them all away in the chipper. The price is very fair.

He informed me that he would not be able to do the work because it was within ten feet of the power line. However, he came exactly when he said he was going to do.

OVERALL, EXPERIENCE IS EXCELLENT. THE INDIVIDUALS WORKING FOR TRELSTAD EMPLOYEES HAVE A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING ON HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE AND TO ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS TO MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER GETS WHAT THEY REALLY WANT.
