Small operation and low overhead but Lisa the office manager is extremely responsive to bid questions.  Both Toby and Lisa were very concerned about my needs.  Seemed like a fine company to work with.

They were helpful in choosing the style and color of material (gave us addresses of recent jobs with the same material). We talked to one of the their previous customers who was very happy with them, and she pointed to another house across the street from them that had also used this company and was happy. They were punctual (considering that most of the days were at least somewhat rainy), they did a good quality job to the extent we could tell, and cleaned up afterward. They were there every day, unless weather was a problem. They did a good job covering the unfinished areas to protect them from rain. Price was better than other bids we had gotten from larger companies. Tobin had previously done 3 or 4 repair jobs on our roof that we were pleased with, and we thought they were a good choice when it was time to replace the whole roof.

THEY ARE A TERRIFIC COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. THEY SENT OUT A 3 MAN CREW AND HAD COMPLETELY REMOVED AND REPLACED THE ENTIRE ROOF IN 4 DAYS. THEY WERE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT TRYING NOT TO DISRUPT THINGS TO MUCH.
