STUTH IS TRUSTWORTHY and HONEST. Stuth replaced pump, they had to come to my home twice to convince me the plummer I hired was WRONG when he said the sewer was the problem. Patient, genuine and honesty!! They actually have integrity!!

Since we are in the wonderful King County, septic tanks have ridiculous requirements. Our house was built in 1964 and had a gravity system that lasted until 2018. Now needing a new system installed a pressure system is required. Totally different than a gravity system. The workers were very nice and helpful in answering questions as the installation went on. Completed the work as planned. Nothing weird popped up when digging and placing the new system. The company always communicated promptly and with enough detail that we could understand what was happening and when. Hopefully this new system will last just as long.

Hired Stuth to do a Operations and Maintenance inspection on a home for sale. These are time sesitive inspections required by the buyers contract and the county. They usually result in additional services like repairs and tank pumping. Stuth is very proud of the 300 years of combined experience they brought to the business. An as built drawing of the system from the county was provided to them along with specific instructions as to where the tank was located. After several visits to the site they could not locate the tank. They got specific guidance and had a map! On one visit the Stuth man smirked and quot;good luckand quot; and drove away.
A friend dug up the tank in no time and Stuth did the the report. They charged $250 additional for not digging up the tank and held up the closing of the property. The owner said and quot;pay up or get someone else, we'll rip up the reportand quot;. I do not know if he was aware of the poor performance of his employees or if this is just part of a top down attitude about their customers.
The Realtor stepped in and paid the extra being embarrassed that Stuth was one of the companies recommended.
They clearly have too much business to care about such a small deal even though their web site says and quot;no project is too big or too small!and quot;.

We have a Stuth septic system that was put in when we had our house built in 1993. In the 19 years, we've had only two minor problems with it. This was the second. We had a double knocking sound coming from the septic alarm box. I called the Stuth company on Monday and they were out on Wednesday. The technician in minutes diagnosed a bad timer. We were lucky he had a replacement on his truck. The timer was replaced quickly and we haven't had any more knocking.

BILL WAS VERY METICULOUS IN HIS WORK TO BUILD THE FOUNTAIN JUST RIGHT. HIS TEAM DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND WERE VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT.
