These guys are amazing!  The personalized customer service was spectacular.  It's a family owned business and they really care.  I've never done granite before and asked a lot of questions, Serge answered every one, and he always responded quickly to phone calls or emails.  He even invited us out to look at a new construction install they were doing so that we could see the quality of their work.  That sold me.  The price was great too and about $1,500 less than the next bid which was from another store. To give you an idea about the level of customer service:  Two days before installation we discovered that our prep sink order had been canceled without our knowledge and it was not going to arrive. There was no time to special order another sink.  After finding a sink at another hardware store that would have done (but not what we wanted), Serge called to confirm the installation date.  I told him what had happened and he said he would see what he could find through his suppliers.  He found EXACTLY what we wanted, and at a better price than what had been ordered before.  He picked it up too.  It's perfect. We've already recommended STS to a friend who is doing new countertops and they're going with them too.  The quality, customer service, and price can't be beat.  I would use them again in a heartbeat.
