Very well. They quoted, I accepted the quote, and they were out on Monday of the following week to begin and anticipated a 2 day job. They did exactly that and were done before I got home on the 2nd day. Recommend them highly.

I am very pleased with the job that they did. My roof looks awesome!
Rhyan, the estimator, was sometimes slow to respond my calls when I was seeking information prior to making a hiring decision. Once I decided to hire Stevenson Roofing, he was prompt and extremely reliable and professional. Stevenson roofing's estimate was in the middle of the three estimates I received. Rhyan had the most information and seemed the most honest of the estimators. They were able to get my roof installed promptly (sooner than expected) and did a great job. Because I was getting solar power, we had a lot of discussion about type of roofing, warranty etc. I liked that the crew had worked together for many years and was not hired as a sub-contractor by the company. They knew what they were doing and everyone involved- from the owner, to Ryan- to the metal roof expert visited the house several times to make sure that the work was done well.

Put in a new roof from wood shingle to architectural tiles and a new skylight.. Did a great job with install. Two years later a skylight began to leak. Sent a repairman to house within hours to fix. Very satisfied. Can not say enough good things about this company.

Stevenson Roofing put a new roof on our house at a fair prize. Also, because it was actually snowing when they took the roof off, it started leaking in the middle of the night but, they came out in the middle of the night and climbed in our attic just to make sure the snow that was trapped underneath it wasn't leaking. I thought that was over and beyond. I would definitely recommend them.

I contacted him and he came over in a timely manner. He advised me that I didn't need to reroof just needed to do some minor repairs. He referred me to someone else. I would recommend him to others for his kindness and honesty.

From the start Jon was friendly, professional, and informative. He took the time to work out all the details of what would be best after consulting us about what we needed. He didn't try to sell us something we did not need. He was prompt with an estimate of cost and it was very pleasing. The crews who work for Jon are very caring and responsive to whatever needs we had. Our home has had (five) roofs replaced since 1964. This recent work was by far the best and priced better than the others considering the changes in the economy over the years. After the job was done Jon even came by the next day to personally clean our skylights and to make sure that all went well. It did! The workers were exceedingly friendly and worked very hard to get the job done promptly and professionally. Jon had a list of former customers with addresses and phone numbers in case we needed first hand knowledge of earlier work and results. I would highly recommend Jon Stevenson Roofing when you need it done right.

They were responsive and very professional. Despite much windfall from the storm in which we incurred damage, they were able to come out the same day as our call. Besides fixing the hole in our roof, they gave a free estimate at the same time on a separate issue we had with a leaky skylight.
We used them for this repair and that one as well (although this report is only for the hole repair) and would use them again in the future. I'd highly reccommned them for anyone who is looking for a professional, reasonably priced and efficient roofer.
Before you dismiss this report and move on ask yourself how many people would climb onto a roof, pull a 20' limb out of it, and cover it with a tin shingle, all while the storm is not quite over yet. AND do so with a smile? Well, then call up Stevenson Roofing because that's what they did!

My interaction with them was fine. They were competitive. Mr. Stevenson, the owner, came out and gave me an estimate. He was fine. He wasn’t pushy. The bigger companies would have sent out the sales representatives to give me the bid. They would have pushed me for their commission. I don’t think I will use him for the job, but he was definitely in the running. He came out fast and was on time.

Overall, the job went well. Their price was competitive. Unfortunately, there was a lot of rain while the project was going on, but that wasn't their fault.

Once we finally could get a hold of them they acted quickly. After Johns diagnosis they covered up the leackage with plastic matching the shingles. The first day the weather improved they came ou,t replaced the playwood and put on new shingles.

Owner listened to all my areas of concern and made sure those areas were taken care of. They were able to use some extra (NEW) materials I already had from a previous job and reduced the price appropriately. Jon works with you to make sure you're getting what you want. Work went smoothly and quickly. Roof looks fantastic. Overall a great job for a great price.

THE TWO REPRESENTATIVES WERE ACTUALLY A LITTLE AHEAD OF TIME AND FIXED THE PROBLEM IN LESS THAN 20 MINUTES. THEY ALSO CALLED BACK A FEW DAYS LATER TO CHECK ON WHETHER THEIR WORK HAD STOPPED THE LEAKING (IT HAD) AND TO OFFER AN ESTIMATE ON REPLACING THE ROOF.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. THEY DID A GOOD AND A FAST JOB REPLACING THE ROOF. THEY DID A GOOD JOB CLEANING UP AFTER THEY WERE ALL DONE. THE WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD USED THEM.
