 He is extremely punctual, provides all options and associated prices, and completely professional. I've used numerous contractors in two states to support rental houses and he is, by far, the best. He also provides a warranty of his service. His final bill is exactly the estimate---no surprises, because he takes the time to make a thorough and exact assessment of the work to be performed. He is always reachable by either cell phone or e-mail and communicates well.

We are very pleased with cabinet carpentry work and the project management performed by Greg of Shephard Builders.  Greg began the project on Tuesday and completed the work on Friday about noon (except for the countertop installation because we had to work with a fully scheduled countertop company).  During those four days, Greg removed a portion of and reconstructed the island.  He scheduled the electrician, plumber and drywall repair so that the work could be performed in a logical and uninterrupted sequence.  The work was performed after appropriately masking the floor and nearby areas, and the work area was fully cleaned each day.  Greg was very open to comments and suggestions and he is a very personable individual.
