Jamie fixed both of my Laptops my first one needed a Battery and a new hard drive it now works like a new one. I also took another laptop that belongs to my Granddaughter she checked it over and ordered a new Battery I can only say I highly recommend this shop for repair they are the best. Thank you Jamie

PCE ComputingOn 8/26/2013, almost 3 weeks later, I called PCE and was told that the power jack in the computer had been replaced and a new power adapter had been ordered and should be in that Friday 8/30/2013. The technician insisted that he would call me on that Friday with any status. They never called back.
On 9/3/2013, I felt that after 25 days, PCE had ample time to make the repairs, but if not, I needed to pick it up anyway and find a reputable repair service to finish the job. I called PCE and was told I could pick up the repaired computer and the dysfunctional power adapter if I wished to do so. They would only charge me for the work that had been done.
In conclusion, PCE had my computer for 25 days and did not resolve the problems that were identified when I brought the device to their shop in Maple Valley. The repair agreement stated that after 30 days, any computer left with them could be sold, so I decided I better pick it up before the 30 days had elapsed. PCE was glad to return it to me and only charged me for the work already done.
I have ordered a new power adapter which should complete the fix. If not, I will send the computer to the manufacturer for repair.
