When my roof leaked at two years, they promised to fix it, if I just paid for the two years I'd missed and the service fee. I did. One month, dozens of phone calls (many of which were unreturned) and $210 later, I got an incompetent guy who admitted that he knew nothing about fixing the leak.
Another month (and dozens more phone calls) went by with a promise of sending a more experienced roofer. Though there were many times that he was scheduled to come, he never showed up.
Later, I check with the BBB and found that there are some 39 complaints in 36 months, 27 of which are unresolved.
This company was a nightmare!
