NATIONAL INSPECTIONS LLC

First, the company only mailed me one page of the contract when, supposedly, there were at least two pages. The second page spelled out that you had to have yearly inspections ($35) to keep the certification valid. Plus, there would be a service fee ($100+) if they needed to send someone out. When my roof leaked at two years, they promised to fix it, if I just paid for the two years I'd missed and the service fee. I did. One month, dozens of phone calls (many of which were unreturned) and $210 later, I got an incompetent guy who admitted that he knew nothing about fixing the leak. Another month (and dozens more phone calls) went by with a promise of sending a more experienced roofer. Though there were many times that he was scheduled to come, he never showed up. Later, I check with the BBB and found that there are some 39 complaints in 36 months, 27 of which are unresolved. This company was a nightmare!
