I contacted four different landscapers for my front and back yard project. McCrory Landscape responded to set up an appointment but didn't end up showing. When I called about the appointment they took responsibility (which I appreciated), were very apologetic and set up another appointment for a week later (farther out than I wanted). The next week they even called me ahead of time to confirm the appointment which was nice. However, since my project had moved past the initial interview stage I opted not to have them come out and they were very understanding and nice about it.

THE COMPANY CAME OUT AND WALKED THROUGH THE PROPERTY WITH ME AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON THE WORK TO BE DONE. THEY KEEP THEIR SCHEDULE AS LAID OUT THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROJECT.
