Maid to Shine is always on time, quick, and does a great job! We have been using them for over a year now.

My home feels and smells clean every time the cleaning person to clean my home. They are always respectful and do a thorough & excellent job. The owner is very courteous and prompt in her responses.

Work was as expected

The company rescheduled the service several times but the cleaners did amazing work. Very thorough and included homey little touches like arranging pillows, blankets and pictures.

They came exactly on time, worked hard and I was extremely pleased with how much we got done- house was beautiful for the party- whew!

Anna arrived a few minutes after target time and worked VERY hard, quickly and efficiently. She had a tough job on her hands but plowed through it like a hot knife through butter. I was amazed at the improvement and couldn't have been much happier.

She cleaned pretty well, it wasn't spotless which I'd expect for $40/hr but it was good. The problem with my experience was that they kept changing their mind on their business model. It was as though they tell you one thing when you're shopping for housecleaning companies, then they change their minds once they've got the job. During my few interactions with both the owner and the gal who came to clean, I experienced them both being dishonest. Example#1 - Saturday Availability. During the interview I explained I was looking for someone to come every Saturday, she said they do Saturdays, it also seems to show this in their hours on both their website and angies list. After the first cleaning, the owner texted me that they don't work every Sat and needed me to select a weekday (there was no offer to work every other Sat). We settled on two more consecutive Sat then move to weekday. The second cleaning, the gal who came to clean complained about working on Sat, this was awkward. Example#2 - Minimums On Jobs. During the interview I showed her my house and told her what I'd like done each week, she estimated that'd take about 1.5 to 2 hours and they charge by the hour. When cleaning lady arrived for first visit she too estimated she'd probably take 2hrs the first time then each time after 1.5hr as then she'd be more familiar, she was right on and the first cleaning took 2hrs and second one took 1.5hr. A few days later the owner texted me that they have a 3hr hour minimum. Example#3 - Comfortable With Pets. The lady cleaning my house said during conversation the first Sat that she likes dogs and would have one if she had a house. She said during conversation the second Sat that other houses she cleans have dogs (and referenced one house having 5 big dogs), when I asked if they are inside the house while she is cleaning and owner is gone she said yes. Since they wanted to move from Sat to weekdays while I'd not be home I decided to bring my dog inside to see how it goes while she is cleaning this time. The lady completely freaked out, was literally scared, and didn't know how to act around the dog (mind you my dog is 2yrs old, the friendliest thing in the world, and super curious). It was very apparent she had no experience with animals. She then changed her story and said that house with 5 dogs keeps them outside while she cleans. She was even scared of the 18yr old cat who was just sitting on the bed meowing. How can they come clean during the weekdays while I'm not home if they are scared of pets? Had they been honest at the time of interview about all these things, it would've saved me a great deal of time and effort.

All aspects were excellent! The communication to set up the appointment was clear and timely - she was flexible and accommodating. The cleaning itself was incredible.

It went very well. I had to postpone several times because of personal scheduling conflicts. The service provider was very accomodating.

Tina's HH is a great house cleaning service, I have used them twice and they did a great job! They are detailed and my place was spic and span when they were done. The second time they cleaned my place before I converted it to a rental so it was a 'deep clean'.

Excellent. Anna was professional; arrived on time; removed her shoes before entering; very thorough job.

The service was completed superbly. The woman who performed the service arrived promptly and got straight to the work. Her level of detail was amazing, I don't think our kitchen has been as clean as when she finished and the rest of the house was the same way. We would certainly recommend and use them again.

We did a deep cleaning. I was expecting 2 people but only one lady showed up. We were trying to communicate with her but it seems like she did not really want to talk. She only used about 3 hours to finish the job. She told us she was done without letting us checking her work. After she left, we noticed that she broke a small area of our carpet in master bedroom and our kitchen ranges are still dirty...... We are super unsatisfied with the service. The owner, (whoever answers email was nice and follow up with our experience). I politely reject their request to add an additional appointment. We only do this every 2-3 months or so, we do not really have the time to re-do the work. I am hoping this is not common based on all other reviews. But all you need is one bad experience.

The young ladies arrived 10 minutes early and did a walk-through with me. I explained what I needed and they got right to work. I hired 2 ladies for 6 hours but they came early and left late in order to finish the job. I did a quick walk through to see if everything had been done and indeed it had. I was amazed. Everything was sparkling clean; even things I had forgotten to mention to them. I cannot express how happy I am with Tina's Helping Hands. I will definitely use this company again!! And recommend them to others.

Not good. We had to rebook, . then on the day of my 10:30 appt. she emailed me at 9:30 to tell me that someone else was booked at 10:30 and they would come at 1:00. This was after my 10:30 was confirmed the day before. They showed up a little after 1:30 and started a little before 2. We had till 5:30 which was not enough time for a deep clean. I did get my kitchen walls and ceiling washed down and a ledge in family room. No vacuuming, bathroom cleaning or floor washing . Basically 3 rooms partially done. I even had everything off tables and kitchen walls so things could go faster. My standard cleaning is better than that. It would have been much cheaper to get regular cleaning and pay per hour. I definitely overpaid

Pretty well since one got sick and they wanted to reschedule but I couldn't so they sent only one for all day which was fine.

Did an excellent job. Very friendly and hard working, appreciate her help.
