Overall, I was very happy with the service provided. Arnie was a bit difficult to get in touch with at times and actually did miss our first appointment for the original quote. He was very apologetic and did call back to make a second appointment, which he did come to at the designated time. Once the bid was approved, his crew was very punctual and performed the work exactly as promised. The price never fluctuated, and the work was completed in three days approximately two weeks from the original bid approval. I did request an additional bid from Arnie after the work was completed, which we never did receive. The only reason I was not able to give them an A rating is simply due to the occasional inattentiveness of my contact person with the company. The work itself is phenomenal, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do some major landscaping work.

Three guys, 2 weeks, and it was all done quietly when we were at work and even with the dog in the back yard. They fixed any of the lawn that they damaged, were on time, and within 2% of the original estimate. They could not get heavy machinery thru the side gates so I was amazed how hard they worked. 30 yards of soil, 15 ton of 1/2 man rocks, and several yards of other materials all via wheel barrow. These guys are hard workers and the finished work is spectacular.

Luxor is a great company to work with. They are detailed and responsive. Changes to their scope of work did not upset them. We really like the value of using this company.

THE COMPANY DID A VERY NICE JOB AND THE WORK WAS DONE WITH GREAT DETAIL. THE WORKERS WERE NICE ENOUGH TO REMOVE SEVERAL PIECES OF BASEBALL EQUIPMENT THAT MY SON AND HIS FRIENDS HAD LEFT ON THE GRASS.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE BY LUXOR. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME. THEY HAND DUG THE TRENCHES FOR THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM IN 1 DAY AND IN THIS ROCKY SOIL THAT IS A FEAT IN ITSELF. THE NEXT DAY THEY INSTALLED THE PIPES AND LAID THE SOD. VERY FAST AND WHEN THEY WERE DONE THEY CLEANED UP SO NICELY YOU WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN THEY HAD BEEN HERE. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM, IN FACT WE CALLED THEM BACK TO DO MORE WORK.

WE HAD A ONE ON ONE CONSULT WITH JIM AND WHEN WE WERE HAPPY WITH OUR PLAN WE MET AT THEIR NURSERY (MAPLE VALLEY HIGHWAY) TO PICK OUT THE ROCKS AND THE PLANTS WE WANTED. JIM WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PLANTS, OVER ALL VERY HELPFUL. THEY HAD A HUGE TASK OF HAND TRUCKING TONS OF ROCKS TO OUR BACK YARD AND MOVING THEM TO MEET MY NEEDS, THEY REARRANGED THE PLANTS I HAD SELECTED TILL I WAS HAPPY. THEY ALSO HAVE A GUARANTEE ON THEIR WORK, WE HAD A COUPLE PLANTS DIE AND THEY QUICKLY REPLACED THEM.
