Everything was great. I called the office and was able to get an appointment for the following week. Initially she gave me a four hour window for him to show up, but promised to call back the day before with a narrower time window. She called the day before as promised, and told me Darren would show up between 9 - 11. I told them the tank lid would be uncovered the day of service. However, what I THOUGHT was the tank lid, was something else. So I had no idea where the tank lid was. Owner Darren showed up at 9:02 and I explained that I did not know where the tank lid was.  Darren was pleasant and very accommodating. No worries, he said. He was able to find the lid, dug down two feet to the lid, and uncover the tank lid for pumping.  Then he got to work pumping. Seems it was done in no time at all. Very satisfied!

They were no non-sense. They made it real easy. They came and went. They were here on time. They just took care of everything. We did not have to think about it. Their price was average.

They arrived on time, cleaned the septic tank, inspected it, told me all was good and didn't try to sell me something I did not need. They left the place clean and were friendly and answered all my stupid questions politely.

We have used Lilly Septic Service for many years for pumping our septic tank, work on our septic system and repairs to our drain field. They have always been punctual and completed the work in a professional manner. This time our septic alarm went off and we called them. The office said there would be a service charge of $193.00 regardless of what work was done. We agreed and they said someone would be out the next morning to see what was wrong.

We thought it had been 2 years since our septic tank was pumped. It was actually more like three years. Gary arrived at 8:30AM and told us we had a broken pump and that the pump alone would be around $800 plus the cost for the installation. He said he would check around and see if there was one in town. In the meantime, we ask him to pump the septic tank. He said it still had quite a bit of space left and didn’t need to be pumped but since there was already a service change we might as well pump the tank.

When he finished pumping the tank he left to find a pump. He returned later that same day with a new pump. After he replaced the pump and he cleaned the drain field filters and serviced the rest of the system. Late that same day before he left, he said we would need to have the bottle filters cleaned soon but since our bill was already $1300 he thought we could put it off until next year. It would cost $450 but he would do it for $350 since we had already spent so much money with them. I told him that Lilly always do all our septic work and he said he knew that and really appreciated the business.

We paid him for the work and he left.

Less than a week later, the alarm went off again. We were pretty upset after having just spent $1300 to fix it. We figured it would probably require having those bottle filters cleaned as Gary had cautioned us the previous week.

We called Lilly Septic again and were told that Gary was working on another project but would try to get him out the next day. The office said they would call back around 5:30 or 6 and let us know when he would be out. We didn’t get a call until the next morning when the office called and said Gary would be out around 10AM to look at our system.

Gary arrived at around 10:30 AM and was extremely apologetic about us still having problems. He said it probably would require him to clean those filters as he told us previously. He immediately got to work on the system and within an hour he knocked on the door and said he had cleaned some of the filters and got our system working well again. He told us he was sorry he had to come back but we should be all well now. He wished us a Merry Christmas and told us there was no charge.

We gave him some fresh eggs (we have several chickens) and wished him Merry Christmas as well.

That’s why we always call Lilly Septic Service.

They didn't show up when promised. The initial visit on August 21 was later than promised, and the second visit on Sept 11 came during the morning when the promise was to be at the house in the afternoon. Arranged to have someone take off work to be there only to find out the technician had come and gone. I did not answer the question regarding and quot;qualityand quot; as neither I nor my representative was there to see what was done. I'm assuming the work was done as promised. But how is a homeowner to know what was done when you don't see the work and have a chance to ask questions?

The owner appears to be Septic Systems Northwest, LLC, doing business as Lilly's Septic Service and as A-1 Environmental Service.

Called for appointment on Friday and they were out, on time, on Monday morning. Very professional and thorough. This is the 3rd time this company has been used by us.

I am very pleased with this company. When I called for an appointment I reached a person (not a recording). I made an appointment for Monday for routine septic tank pumping. I was told that I would receive a call on the Friday prior to the appointment to let me know when they would arrive. I received the call as promised. On Monday they arrived about 30 minutes earlier than promised and quickly and efficiently pumped the tank. The crew members were courteous and professional and answered my questions. The price was quoted as $340.00 and they honored a coupon for a $20.00 discount that I had received in the mail. Their price was about $20.00 to $40.00 higher than some other quotes I had received.

VERY HELPFUL, GREAT SERVICE. CALLED ON THE WEEKEND AND HE TALKED MY HUSBAND THROUGH STABILIZING OUR SEPTIC UNTIL HE COULD GET OUT THERE. DIDN'T EVER CHARGE US FOR WEEKEND SERVICE.

WE WERE IN NEED OF HAVING OUR SEPTIC SYSTEM SERVICED FAIRLY QUICKLY AND NOT ONLY DID LILLY'S COME BACK WITH THE BEST QUOTE, THEY ALSO COULD DO THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY WERE PROMPT AND WERE CAREFUL OF OUR LANDSCAPING IN GETTING TO THE TANKS.
