Peter had continual excuses as to why things were not being completed on time. He over books his services and is unable to make deadlines. After we had our home finally completed we ended up with a water leak near our water meter due to poor installation by Indigo. Indigo declined responsibility until the park got involved and forced a repair. Months later the water leak returned due to a poor repair of using hose clamps on a main water line. it has taken months for Indigo to deal with this manner and we have had to get the BBB & Attorneys involved. I would strongly urge any person thinking of hiring them to not do so or hold some sort of retention payment for a period of time as they do not follow through.

Peter provided a timely bid, measuring the floor requirements and supervised his crew of experienced installation folks. Installation was as promised and Peter promptly took care of a few "pick ups" at completion.

The roof was previously completely redone seven years ago by a different company that my former property manager hired. However, there were leaks being reported by my tenant around the skylights. The previous company was not cooperative in addressing the problem and blamed the skylights when they came out to inspect the problem.
Peter was able to diagnose the problem and obtained multiple assessments by knowledgeable roofing specialists. They concurred that the problem was that the previous roofing company did not properly use step flashing around the skylights. This was causing leaks in the roof.
Peter was able to properly fix the problem and redid the flashing and roofing around the skylights. The skylights did not need to be replaced. The work was done within a very reasonable amount of time considering the rainy weather. Peter also documented the restoration work with pictures before and after.
I've had Peter do other restoration and emergency repair work on the property over the last year and his work has always been of high quality and good value.
