Connected with Chantel via email. Made the appointment. She arrived on a Sunday morning. 1st did a series of exercises with the color wheel to determine the color family my husband and I liked the most. Then worked with those colors to determine some possible paint colors and which walls to paint for accent walls.

Chantel came out for an initial conversation about what I was looking for. She walked around the house. Took very concise measurements etc. Then on the next visit, she met with my husband and me and showed us our options. We loved all three designs, but we decided to mix and match from other samples she brought. She showed us on the computer what it would all look like when it was finished, then offered us a few days to talk it over. When we made our decision, Chantel did all the ordering. We ordered new furniture for our living room and it was custom made. On the day she installed, she had a wonderful contractor who came and they installed everything, The draperies, the rug, and then the furniture. I just sat back and drank my coffee and watched until it was finally perfect. The furniture is heirloom quality, so are the draperies. And it is much more quality than you would get going to a retail store to buy. Plus, you have her expert, personal service to manage it all.
