Description of Work: They replaced my cedar shake roof with a metal roof. My roof has complicated hips and valleys and they lined everything up beautifully. The only delay was caused by an outside company because they had trouble with their equipment. They were able to squeeze me into their calendar so that they could complete the job before I left town on a trip. They also replaced my gutters with fire-safe gutter system. They gave me a special price on adding a gutter to my large storage shed. I certainly recommend them.

Description of Work: Installed a new roof including tear off and disposal. Also replaced skylights. I received estimates from this company and 4 others. I chose CR Master Roofing because they were punctual, professional, and responsive from the first contact through the estimate process and follow ups. The job was scheduled promptly and performed as presented it would be. The crew arrived on time every day, worked professionally and safely until the job was completed. The work area was cleaned up each day and cleaned well upon completion. The cost of the project was right on the estimate. I am glad I chose CR Master Roofing and would do so again if I had another property.

+ 1 morePositive attitudes by all in the company. Had insurance document copies for me and written endorsement from roofing manufacturer. Willing to review all potential alternatives for the job and bid the ones they could perform with excellence. Owner had representative with experience working with several other companies over the years come over to evaluate this company's performance history. This evaluator was able to provide references to personal friends who had had their roofing jobs done by this company. Able to schedule work within two weeks of contract signing even though mid winter. Prompt. Courteous. Not rushed or pushy at any time. Hard work from early morning until dark by all. Cleaned up completely at end of every work day. No damage to property. I was certain if there had been any damage it would have been repaired at no cost to me. Finished on time with only brief delays due to harsh weather. Superb quality of work with attention to detail. Looked for hidden rot and other defects. Eliminated non functional vents. Fixed all need found for no extra charge. Price/cost was the lowest of all bidders and quality could not have been better. Owners Mauricio and Alonso were onsite and working with the others on the roof. I never had a moment where I thought workers or owners were cutting corners or attempting to reduce the quality of work or materials. Highest recommendation for this company.
Description of Work: Tore off existing shake roof and all rotted sub materials. Placed new plywood sub roof. Applied shielding and new lifetime double thickness composite shingles. Replaced skylights. Repaired damaged sofit screening. Applied ridge venting. Painted, removed, replace or repaired all flashing and utility vents. Cleaned up all debris and clutter at the end of every work day.
