Did an excellent job; went without a hitch.  Very professional.  Was lowest bidder but provided better materials than competitors. Did exactly what was stated on their detailed proposal.  Finished the house in one day.  Cleaned up nicely.

The initial installation seemed to go well, however CR Master Roofing had to come back out because of drafts and high humidity that occurred immediately afterward inside the house after the installation.  I also noticed that there was frost (sometimes very thick and) up to halfway up the glass every morning on cool spring mornings (my old skylights never did this). 
I had them come back out with a factory representative and the rep found that the skylights weren't properly installed -- he said there was a flange sticking up that prevented the skylights from sealing properly. 
They told me that they hammered the flange back down and reinstalled the skylights.  But that work didn't fix the problem.
I called and emailed them several times since then, with only occasional responses from the owner (the installer never responded).  She made promises to address it, but never followed up.
Last winter I emailed the owner to let her know that whenever there was a deep freeze outside I had to close the upstairs bathroom doors and put a towel at the base of the doors because there was a strong cold air draft flowing downward from lower edge of the skylight (directly above the toilet). Again, no response.
I'm now (in June) sitting in my office upstairs sweating profusely with the thermostat for the air conditioner set to 71 degrees. 
I should also note that (to check out other possible causes for this change) I've had the air conditioner serviced, had a company seal the crawlspace and adjust the insulation in my to eliminate possible drafts, and I have a variable speed blower on my furnace so I can circulate air throughout the house 24 hours a day (this is to keep summertime temperatures more consistent upstairs and down).
Since the installation of these skylights (which were recommended by the installer), the upstairs is no longer (close to) the same temperature as it is downstairs (it used to be within 1 degree).
Today for example, with the temperature set at 71 degrees, my laser thermometer reads 71.2 degrees F. at the thermostat, however it registers 74.2 degrees upstairs, and the humidity is a full 10 points higher than it traditionally is. 
Moreover, when I point the laser thermometer onto the drywall just 1" above the lower edge of the skylight cavities in the bathrooms (4 1/2 feet below the skylight) the temperature is 80 degrees!  And as I go higher, it goes all the way up to 115 degrees (for reference, it's 87 degrees outside right now).  This, while my skylights are on the north side of my house and in shade much of the day.
I'm very disappointed with the product recommendations and service CR Master Roofing provided me.

Their price was really fair for the job they did. They have a very competitive price. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They did a good job at it. They explained some of the structural damage that was up there and showed me pictures of it. I really didn’t have any negatives. I’ll recommend them.

Very happy with the experience we had with CR Roofing.  We had bids from three roofing companies and CR was the most thorough and complete.  Mauricio was very knowledgeable and was the only estimator that actually went into our attic to see if he could find what was causing the leak in our roof.  After choosing CR we expected to have the roof done sometime in August which was fine - we know that summer is a busy time of year for roofers, but my husband got a call one day and they said they could come out to our house the next day and do the job.  It was completed in two days - they did a wonderful job - the roof and house look so much better!  An unexpected bonus was that they properly hooked up the vent fan in the bathroom and it works much better now - no steamed up mirror after showers.  They also installed the edge of the roof properly so we don't have a very annoying leak right over our front door.  Overall, a good experience and we're happy to use a local company (Maple Valley/Issaquah).

They are very methodical and very professional. They were half price of anybody else.

CR was a day early to start. entire crew was hard working pleasant and polite. Price was perfect. Mauricio was very thorough and gave us good tips to prolong the life of our roof.We were so impressed, we will be using them for our gutter maintenance.

Well how did it go?  Sometimes when you try to get a reputable contractor it can be hard.  BUT with Angie's list, the problem can be a lot easier.
We called CR Master Roofing LLC, and Mauricio came out to inspect the problem.  First, he arrived CLEAN and very presentable. He went up on the roof, then went into the attic to inspect the problem.  He took pictures in the attic to show us the problem. Non of the other contractors did this.  He also noted improper nailing of the existing roof that was done in 2006.  I wont go into why we didnt call the original roofer...not good news.. as the company is now gone..
CR's team arrived on the day scheduled to get the work done .  CR are very very methodical in their work.  The roof was repaired and the new shower vents were installed per contract.  Did I mention the contract?  They provided a written contract on the proposal something different than "see the problem, we will fix it for this cost. A two liner. MY oh My.
The work was done in three hours.
We cannot express our gratitude for a work well done by three guys who were very CLEAN, WELL MANNERED, AND METICULOUS IN THEIR WORK.
We would recommend CR Master Roofing LLC for any issues with an existing roof problem or for a new roof.  Their price is very competitive.

Very pleased with the professionalism and result.  The roof looks beautiful.  My neighbors commented on courtesy and quietness of the CR team.  Several neighbors have also commented on how much they like the look of the roof.
We did not select the lowest bid we received but CR had the best references and for this project we wanted and chose the best craftsmen.

The work to replace both roof sections was completed in about 4 days.  Because the house is an older home, they found several items that needed to be fixed with the sheathing and with the manner in which the roofs are connected once they tore off the old roofing material.  They took care to take excellent pictures of each condition as they went along and then showed pictures of what they did to fix the problem before proceeding to put on the new roof.  The fixes were permanent and well done and they did charged a modest amount for the materials needed to execute those fixes.
The new roof was then properly installed along with a new gutter system for the flat roof to provide drainage along the entire length of the flat roof (not just one small downspout hole like was there before).  They also installed a very good gutter cover system to protect against debris filling the new gutter, which they had to specially fabricate for the circumstances at the property.  They again did a thorough job of this and there were no surprises on the final bill related to this or any of the other work involved.
I felt good about the final cost at $8,200 for a new roof on an 1,100 sq. ft. house plus flat-roof carport with the many fixes involved to the substrate and to areas around vents, fireplace chimney, and a skylight.
Cleanup was excellent each day after work and at the end of the property, including using a magnet to pick up any nails or other debris from the driveway and landscaping. 
They also asked for exterior paint for the home and did some touchup painting on siding and trim where they had to do fixes to complete the job properly.  They did not charge extra for that service, nor did I have to ask them to do it.  I was very pleased with their attention to detail and customer service.
The work required some coordination with my tenant to allow the installers to gain access to the interior of the home for a few items related to the skylight and related to hooking up oven vents in the attic after completion of the roofing job.  They were very professional and took care to leave everything in a neat and clean condition, and not to block the tenants from access to the home while they were installing the roof.
The only frustration I had was getting them out to do the initial bidding because they are so busy.  It took a few days of patience and I had already received other bids by the time they came out.  But once they got engaged, they stuck with the process diligently and were able to get the job done in a tight timeframe to meet my schedule when other companies could not do so.

Mauricio provided an immediate printed estimate for the work to be done.  On the first available sunny day he and Alonso and one other crew arrived and finished the work in one day.  Finding the exterior paint in the garage, they even touched up the siding that was temporarily removed.  They were very professional and very organized.  They seem to genuinely enjoy the work they do - it was a pleasure to do business with them.

It took a bit of time for them to come out for the final inspection due to back log and weather.

Mauricio and his estimate stood out from the 8 bids that I got for replacement of my old cedar shingle roof with a composite.  His bid was not the lowest, but his honesty and non-pushy manner impressed me.   Their work prove that my impression was correct.  From phone calls, to working wisely during the rainy season, to the final cleaning up, Mauricio and his team showed me again and again their work ethics and first-class workmanship.  It's just amazing that they were able to finish the roof in two weeks when it rained on most days, with very little disruption to our daily lives.

Since we had just finished the re-roofing on our primary residence, we knew we would be happy with the professional manner with which CR Master Roofing performed the re-roofing for this property. Even before the start date, when the old roof began leaking, Mauricio came out and covered half the roof in a tarp to protect the house until they were able to start the roof.
As expected, Mauricio and Alonso worked side by side with their crew and did an outstanding job, despite some terrifically horrible weather.  They had to install new gutters and downspouts, and did so without involving us...they just did the work. 
Always professional, always fastidious about cleaning up...making sure that we were happy at all times. We now rest more easily knowing there will no longer be any leaks! We highly recommend CR Master Roofing!

Our experience with Mauricio and Alonso (brothers and the two owners of the company) was fantastic.  Mauricio came a few times to meet with us to explain the process.  He was always very professional and exceedingly polite and knowledgeable.  Since they had already re-roofed two neighboring homes, including a next door neighbor, we had already witnessed their work ethic and were pleased to see that our home was no exception. They have a great crew: quiet, thorough, professional and always caring about any mess or hazard.  They cleaned up every day so things didn't get out of hand.  When I expressed concern about my dog getting the old shingle nails in her feet, they ran right out with a big magnet and ran it over all of the yards. Our home is a rambler, and therefore has a huge roof!  The job took a little longer than was estimated, but we ran into some extremely bad weather which they worked through. Either Marcia or Alonso were on the jobsite every day, working along with the crew. We now feel so much more secure through the raining season, knowing our beautiful new roof will not leak. We were so happy with their work, we hired them to re-roof another property we own.  Again, fabulous job. We gladly recommend CR Master Roofing!

They responded promptly to inquiry and came back next morning with a complete and professional proposal.  They began work earlier than promised, were punctual, professional, courteous and did an excellent job of cleanup at the close of work each day and the finish. They paid attention to detail as if the were doing it for themselves.  Good JOB!!!

Our experience with Alonso and Mauricio (brothers and the two owners of the company) was great.  They were extremely punctual, professional and I was very happy to see one of them if not both, on site everyday.  These guys exceeded all of our expectations and did a great job!  They even managed the unfortunate weather we had for a few days and came on the weekend to ensure we did not fall behind schedule.
I work in real estate and have dealt with numerous roofers in the Puget Sound over the past 7 years (both commercial and residential) and I can honestly say that this was hands down my best experience yet.  The price wasn't the cheapest but I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for; their professionalism, cleanliness, work ethic and overall attitude (including their crew) exceeded our expectations in every way.

Overall our experience was very satisfactory. Mauricio and company were very responsive, answering all questions, giving updates, and making adjustments. They worked quickly finishing in just 3 days although that meant some late nights. We felt bad for our neighbors but didn't ask for a certain night-time end of shift. On the second day of work we had company over and as soon as they arrived the crew quickly cleaned up and left so we could have a noise free evening. I think if we had asked for it, they would have had a set end time each day.
The clean up could have been better as I have been finding nails around the perimeter of the house, but that's just periphery. The main job of tearing down the old roof and laying down the new went quickly, and looks fantastic. I'm looking forward to the rainy season so I can feel the confidence of our new quality roof with each downfall.
Mauricio was there overseeing everything everyday, MaryAnn was a delight to speak with regarding scheduling, payments, questions and the entire crew was focused and professional. 
They had the best price of 6 companies I got estimates from.
