We weren't sure what we wanted for window treatments, and the consultant asked questions to zero in on some options. Samples were shown and held up to the windows. Exact costs were presented. Three weeks later, they were installed. One blind had too short of a pull chain sent with it. Another one was ordered promptly. But it was the wrong chain (though the right length). Another is currently on order.
