+ 4 moreThe whole process lasted about 3 weeks and went very smoothly from demolition to clean up. I have never been happier with a contractor before.
Description of Work: Had the bathroom completely gutted and changed layout of toilet and shower and sink. New dry wall, tile on the floor and rebuild shower and cooper piping. New lighting and paint.

+ 5 moreAs there always are in old houses, there were problems with mold, water leakage, and weird construction. Tim and his plumber and electrician addressed all problems professionally and thoroughly and helped us made decisions so that everything worked out beautifully. We were happy with all involved and with all the word done. The job took longer than expected due to problems encountered on the way, but they were here everyday until things were finished. There was no leaving to work on other jobs until our job was done. We'd hire Tim, Bob & Don anytime and recommend them to all.
Description of Work: Completely remodeled two 46 year old bathrooms, including plumbing and electrical upgrades and window replacements. One bathroom involved removing a wall and complete rearrangement of facilities. Involved replacement of all plumbing fixtures and lighting.

+ -1 moreWe did this as a two part remodel. The upper floor was first and Tim did a great job, so we had him do the downstairs. He did a super job for both! He is really flexible, reliable, and trustworthy, and he is a great guy. He subs out some of the work, and always brings in reliable people. I can't say enough about his work, his quality, and reliability. Integrity. I would recomend him to anyone, and will have him do all of my future work. He is always cost conscious, never charges more than is reasonable for any upgrades.
Description of Work: Exensive remodel which involved installing all new doors in he entire house, completely remodelling 2 bathroms, tiling, extensive trim and woodworking, painting, cable railing for the outside deck, electrical work, lighting, plumbing. Tim subs out most of the plumbing work.
