Home Building
We got bids from four contractors and we chose him. He's old school so we saw that as a benefit. The younger guys are more techie and he's just quality and he knows everything because he's older. He's been doing it for 22 years. What lots of builders do to get the project is they'll give you a better price knowing that if they felt we can afford that, then as their building goes, it's always, "We want this and that" and then you always have cost overruns. We felt that Bob and Nancy wouldn't do that. Everything is very out in the open before they start and that's the way it's done.
