Awful. If we knew about the Grice work ethic, we NEVER would have purchased this home.

John Grice is the owner of the company. I had a horrible experience with him. He did a terrible job and it was awful. I even referred him to somebody because I felt sorry for him since his father had just died. It was a 99 year old gentleman who wanted a garage before he died and luckily he is still alive. However, it took him 8 months because he just kept disappearing and unfortunately the old gentleman had paid him. He finally came back and kind of did a half job for that elderly gentleman. He didn?t put an automatic door which he was supposed to do. He is just wrong and bad. He may not even have an active license because he was running his father?s business. He knew that the garage leaked and he knew that it has leaked since he did it. He promised over and over again to come out to fix it. I paid him good money and I paid him right away. He has got a list of things he does like custom construction, framing, foundation, remodeling, septic, garage, trim, custom homes, decks, siding, concrete and excavation. I thought he was a miracle maker. I don?t want him around here. I couldn?t find any license number for him. I think he is just using his father?s license since he can?t qualify for his own. He never did the work right. I don't like him and I don't trust him. I would ask people to run rather than walk when they see Jag Construction. He is not honest. I don?t think he pays his bills when he actually has to. He then takes the money from someone like that old gentleman. He then doesn?t have money to spend on the materials. He is not a good businessman. It would have been a great price if he had done a good job. He gives you what seems to be a deal, but it?s not. I would tell people not to use him and not to trust him. I wouldn?t use him again.
