Zuper Cleaning Services

As always Zuma and her staff did a wonderful job on my home. She has always been available to jump in when needed. Due to an injury, I am unable to clean my home and do basic chores including laundry. Zuma and her staff were able to help and allow me to heal while still having a clean home and get the laundry done. Her rates are more than reasonable, punctual, efficient and things are done right. She is priceless!

Fantastic! Zulma, owner/operator, is extremely sweet and supervised our first two cleanings. She was warm and loving to our dogs, which is not always the case with house keepers. The quality was very good and they accommodated our request to have all the windows cleaned during the first cleaning. We will continue to use their services.

I found Zuper Cleaning on Angie's List. The owner came out and looked at every room in my home and made a list of tasks to be done, them she quoted me a price to clean the house weekly, biweekly, or monthly. I chose biweekly. The first cleaning was priced a little higher than the regular biweekly cleanings, since it would take more work the first time. The owner came out with her team and cleaned with them to make sure they understood my expectations and followed my preferences. Since then, a team of two comes to clean and the owner does periodic visits for quality control. They bring their own vacuum cleaner--an industrial strength vacuum that cleans so much better than mine! They bring a steam mop and all their own cleaning supplies.  We're a family of three and we often have the grandchildren over or entertain other guests and the house can get pretty messy, but they clean everything beautifully and do not use harsh chemicals. I had intended to use this service for a short time while I was working long hours and doing a lot of travel for work, but we have continued to have them come regularly for over a year and do not plan to stop! It's so wonderful to come home to a sparkling home on Zuper days!

Zulma and her team are incredibly friendly, thorough and VERY trustworthy!!! They are flexible with their schedules when needing to change days and get the job done in a timely manner. They are true professionals, requiring very little instruction and are able to find their way around the home without guidance. We've been using them for the past couple of years and couldn't be happier!!!

We have an ongoing service with them. We started using them probably eight months ago. We are very happy with them. They are really good about communicating if they are running late or anything like that and they do a really nice and thorough job. They are very open to ideas if there is something that we like them to do a little bit differently. Generally, they have a really good value.

ltZulma is warm and professional.I I had arranged a full service for my father. I personally haven't met her, all arrangements were done by phone and texts. I explained we had other cleaners in the past 3 months and were not happy with the service ( an online company from Groupon). I asked my dad what he thought of their work, he said it's and quot;Outstanding!!and quot; my reaction was and quot;Wow!!and quot;. He was very impressed and asked her to come back.
I am happy he's happy and he is very pleased with her commitment to detail to get his home in order.My request was not only clean but to straighten and organize the clutter. It was worth the extra $20 to h ave the fridge cleaned out too. She did just that. We will her services every 3 weeks.

I expected the cleaning to be on the level of what I would do before a dinner party. It was more like what I would do regularly. The windows were "cleaned" but the next day the sun came out and they were very smeared. I had to clean them all myself. The glass front cabinets in the kitchen were not touched, also cleaned them myself. Anything that was above their eyelevel wasn't touched even though there was a solid step stool available. They were not very tall. They were nice and acted professionally but their work was not up to professional standard.

After a jarring experience with another company (didn't show up as schedule on Christmas Eve day last year before my large dinner) I was anxious to find someone dependable. The crew is always prompt and goes beyond my expectations to make my home spotless and lovely.

The owner, Zulma and her crew were fantastic and nice to work with. When problems occured Zulma was very receptive and willing to make immediate corrections which was appreciated.

We have been using Zulma's company, Zuper Cleaning, for the past 10 months for weekly cleaning and couldn't be happier! She is fantastic to work with, is great with our dog, and the house is always perfectly cleaned. We have never had a problem with any broken, damaged, or missing items. We have just moved and I'm looking forward to continue using Zuper Cleaning for our weekly cleanings for years to come. We couldn't be happier!

Zulma and team did a great job. She is courteous and professional. I had to change the day/time at the last minute and Zulma accommodated us with no problem. We'll have her back for sure.

Zulma and her 2 person crew arrived promptly and did a 3 hour deep cleaning to our home. We are very pleased and they are returning tomorrow!

I met with the owner and specifically said I only wanted the 3 bathrooms and kitchen cleaned. When I came home from work, they had preceded to clean my bedroom meaning they had remade my bed that had already been made and cleaned and tidied up. I was really frustrated and felt violated because I had asked that not be done. My personal items had been handled and I didn't ask for that. Consequently they ran out of time and did a crappy job on my master bathroom. I sent the owner a long email stating my frustrations and I never got a response back. It was extremely frustrating and I am still embarrassed. The bed had already been made so I stripped my sheets and put them in the washing machine because I felt violated that they touched my personal items. I am still not happy with it.

I shopped a bit and decided that Zuper cleaning services was the best
choice. Why? I was quoted by the 'job', not by hours. I find this to
be the best for the customer. I passed on the and quot;4hrs of cleaning for
the price of 3and quot; deals. How do I know efficient people will be on the
job? I don't. I'm skeptical because I've been burnt too many times, so
I turned to Angieslist and this is my first experience with a vendor
from this site and am extremely satisfied. I will use Zuper again...and
again....and again. Good pricing, excellent work = happy customer.

We started looking for house cleaning services in June and I picked a few of the companies reviewed here. Zulma from Zuper Cleaning Services was the most prompt with her response. She scheduled a visit and was about 15 mins early to the appointment. She and her crew did one deep cleaning in July followed by regular cleaning every 2 weeks. They were very accomodating of our schedules and even took a few weekend appointments. She sets up the same time every visit which means we do not have to call every time to setup a a time. She sends the same folks to our house every time and they are very punctual and sometimes early which is really helpful.
They have done an amazing job with our kitchen. Our cooking tends to get greasy and they managed to remove every bit of grease from my chimney and microwave. They are also very reasonable price wise.

Found them on Angie's List. They had very good reviews, and our experience with them so far is in line with previous positive reviews.

I chose Zuper Cleaning based on Angie's List reviews. I needed our house thoroughly cleaned before we moved into our new home. The job was our kitchen and appliances, 3 bathrooms, and all of the floors. Three people arrived at the house and worked for approximately 3.5 hours. When they were finished, we took a walk through the home so I could inspect their work. It was top notch, and the house looked great. I will definitely use them again.
