Landscaping
I requested that some dead primadalis be cut down to the ground. Not only were they not cut down to the ground, one of them wasn't cut down at all. They were hacked off in varying degrees. Three of the bushes that we had talked about having pruned went untouched. They left mud all over the sidewalks. When I withheld payment to get resolution, they immediately began with threatening phone calls and stopping by the house. They received payment in full within one week of service, but not until after they had scared my children by their thug-like behavior and phone calls. Neighbors and friends have mentioned that I got ripped off.
